   BEWARE!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Went there for a nice girl’s night out with 5 of my besties! We had the worst experience ever. I will get right to point…First, my friends ordered the Liquid nitrogen drink and got burnt from touching the glass that they put in front of her. They kept trying to convince her that she was not hurt, but then kept coming back offering her a burnt kit to soothe the pain. Never once did they apologize but rather kept insisting they were not at fault. Second, when we got the bill they had overcharged us and then accused of us lying. They charged us $28 for a double shot of Grey Goose vodka while the drink they poured into it was only $17 (my friend couldn’t even taste the alcohol). They also charged us for 3 bottles of water while they only gave us 2. They claimed we were lying; the waiter (Anurag) said he explained to my friend about the charge while he clearly didn’t. The waiter also said he put down 3 bottles of water, while there were 6 women at the table dying of thirst and had to beg them to bring a second so again showing the waiters dishonesty. Third, the manager (Mohit) was also got caught lying, clearly a reflection of the type behaviour tolerated in this organization. He claimed he watched the video and saw that they gave us 3 bottles of water. When I asked him if I can watch the video because I know what we got. He was shocked that I was calling him on it, then he started to deflect. I told him that this is fraud, charging people for something they did not get. He offered to make it right by asking us to come back and that they would treat us better…more like so we can spend more money at their establishment…wft! They have a lot to learn about on how to run an ethical business and even more to learn on customer service! So the moral of the story is never to come to this establishment!

   I have been to Mishree so many times in the past however this time I was trying to throw a wedding dinner for my cousin and the experience couldn’t be worst then this. I ordered two appetizers and they made us wait for 1.5 hours after bringing the first one in first 15 mins. We did ask the server as well, but she kept saying us to wait. And when we ordered the main course, Rara chicken was very spicy, even though we mentioned them that spice level has to be mild. Apart from the ad, we ordered eight Tandoori rotis, and we told them to bring four of them, Forest and rest afterwards, but she brought all of them together, and she said that she placed an order at once, and now we have to keep all of them on the table even though she knew that those rotis were getting cold. I don’t think I’ll be visiting Mishree in the future, even though I used to do a lot of business and personal meetings there, thanks.

   Horrible food. Still suffering the next day. Service was abysmal. What a waste.

   The restaurant its self is nice and the view was good. Nice place for taking pictures and good music. As far as food and pricing not my favourite.

   The place is pretty and beautiful. I understand that they're trying to sell an experience, however, when somebody books a birthday dinner they miss out on the opportunity to acknowledge the birthday person or even bring out a birthday dessert for free. Like other places. They were too focus on upselling the drinks package. Other than that everything else was good.

   This restaurant is not good. Service rate 3 out of 10. If I compare the restaurant befikre is bestest.

   Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 25 minutes in the lobby before being seated. Due to it being Mother’s Day and the restaurant being extremely busy, there was a strict 1.5-hour dining limit. Our food took about 35 minutes to arrive, and unfortunately, they forgot the naan for my mom, which took another 15 minutes—by then, some of the dishes had cooled down. That said, the food itself was delicious and our server was very kind. Overall, it was just too crowded and noisy for us to fully enjoy the experience. I’d consider coming back, but definitely not on a holiday or weekend evening.
