Pretty straight forward. The menu is directed towards the masses and the execution is fine. The place is a bit soulless.
On Mondays wines are half price. That was a pleasant surprise!
Took 30 minutes to take our order. Had to get up three times to get the waiters attention
I found Miro's to be a place that just didn't live up to the expectations...good food, but service was weak and the ambiance is just not that great...better restaurants in DTLA at the same price point
Consistently good business meeting spot with fast quality service. Three thumbs up.
Architecture is beautiful. Two course power lunch is the way to go. Soup was delicious as was the pastor. Pastor. Will definitely go
Had the cauliflower soup, which was delicious, however, my hamburger was too raw. Our waitress was attentive and very nice. I was disappointed that my bday request was ignored that I included on my reservation. My friend did not receive a bday wish, so I don't think I would return for a special occasion.
Attentive service, excellent menu selection and a pleasant, aesthetically pleasing dining environment
Very small portions. Make sure to order appetizer/soup/salad to start with.
Good food and perfect for business meetings. Good DTLA deal spot.
Off the bat, valet guy said he was closed when we tried to valet at 8 after calling the restaurant and telling us that they had valet. Everyone seemed to have an off night that night. Rigatoni pasta didn’t come out as great as I’d expected. (Tried it before and it was great, just not that night) server comp’d us (ty) and we left in less than 30 mins to go to another restaurant. Still love miro, but I feel like it was just an off night.
Our waitress/the manager was incredible when our order got mixed up. They fixed the issue so quickly and were great about it. The food was delicious.
Food was ok but some dishes were cold. Service was normal and a bit sub par. But great for noise level and veggies were good.
Consistently good, and a perfect "deal spot" in downtown LA in the middle of the Financial District.
Looks nicely done from outside. Arrived to a Completely empty restaurant with 2 more table full sad scene for Saturday night. Sat on a couch that was torn. Food was not as tasty. Cold flatbreads!!?! 😟 asked the server for pepper..never got it so here goes your service. Probably wnt go back!
I'm sad to say that this restaurant could be so much more if it wasn't for the poor quality of food. I got the Dry Aged NY Steak and my wife the Branzino. Both were simply low quality of meat and poorly prepared.
Everything else about this restaurant is great but the food was very disappointing.
2 month date before Cirque Du Soleil show at dodger Stadium.
Great food, super friendly staff.
The food was terrific — I brought a friend from Montreal which has great restaurants and *he* was impressed. Flavorful, varied menu, and exquisite service. Manager Hoss has created a wonderful environment. Great wine selection. I'd recommend this for regular business lunches and special lunches and dinners.
I received an email from restaurant for dineLA promo. The email didn’t indicate that the restaurant was only extending the dineLA menu option through Wed, 1/24 when the actual dineLA week was ending on Fri, 1/26. I think it was definitely misleading
The pizzas and beet salad were very good. Service was very slow. Not ideal if you are on a time schedule.
Restaurant was ok overall. Food ok, service ok, not excellent but not bad. Good for business meals
Went there for a very special occasion because of their on-line menu but upon arrival their printed menu had NOTHING that was on their website.
The hostess barley acknowledged us upon entering and the waitress took at least 10 minutes to come to our table.
When asking her why the menus don't reflected each-other, she simply replied "we have a new chef".
They made no effort to apologize or even acknowledge our frustration so we went next door and spent our $150.
We will never come back there.
Solid dinner that exceeded expectations . Will work into rotation
Overall it’s a very nice restaurant. Personally, I’m VERY disappointed they no longer have the Chicken Milanese entree, but I’m hopefully they’ll bring it back. If you like the menu you’ll like the food.
The fish was dried out by the time it got to me. I think this may have been due to it continuing to cook in the broth as it was served rather than being overcooked in the pan. Other than that the service was great and I enjoyed the ambiance.
Excellent service and delicious food. The soup was especially good. The noise level is really high though. Some tapestries on the walls might help. With the aging population this will be a more common issue, both because people don't hear as well, and those with hearing aids often can't stand loud restaurants.
We chose this restaurant because of the menu on their website to be told it had been changed. Ahi Tuna didn’t taste fresh. Beet salad was good although not special. Pricey for what we got.
A terrific choice for a lot of reasons. Central location (close to the metro and right off the freeway), quick and dependable service, good food, diverse menu options, etc. Pizza is great, salads are great, burgers are great; something for everyone. Not super fancy, but professional. Lots of light coming in through the tall windows and an open and airy feel. Noise level can be a little high when it's busy because of the concrete floors. One of my favorite places for a business lunch. Love the whiskey bar too.
Love the ambience. It was a bit cool in temperature on a cool day outside, but it was comfortable. I had their burger. It was fabulous.
Classy, great vibe, and creative, superbly executed menu. Succinct but solid wine list. Looking forward to next time!
Everywhere we looked
Great place to have a romantic dinner.
we enjoyed our food and the service was great. Thank you!
We had a business meal on Monday (11/27). The restaurant was not crowded. The service was fine and the food was good. However, valet parking was a disaster and no one in the restaurant seemed to care. We arrived at 6:30 (on time). We waited 10 minutes for the valet to take the car. After 10 minutes, I left the driver in the car and entered the restaurant to ask if the valet was on duty. They replied that he was and must be parking another car (despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty). After another 5 minutes or so the valet stumbled out. We asked him what the problem was and he grunted at us in another language and gave us a ticket.
We departed a couple hours later and waited 10 minutes for the valet. We then re-entered the restaurant and were fed the same line (parking other cars). They also claimed not to have his number. We waited another 10 minutes when he stumbled out of a stairwell. We asked again what seemed to be the problem. He grunted again and got downright surly when he received no tip. This restaurant will fail if this problem is not fixed.
I’ve been to this restaurant three times in the last month. Each time the servers were not overly attentive, our water or drinks were never refreshed. The hostess was our waitress and she was very busy with a multitude of customers.
Central location and easy to find. Upscale casual dining. Service is excellent and food is always well prepared. Menu has something for everyone. The bar is a great place to meet after work.
Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in LA. The pasta and pizza are amazing. It never disappoints. Plus the inside decor is really unique.
Food was great! Service was good too, just a little slow... for someone in a hurry, they would not have been happy.... all in all good new find for Downtown LA lunch! Thank you!
