The view was stunning! Service was impeccable and believe it or not the food was even better! We were greeted promptly and seated. The staff was attentive and polite. The food was not only presented beautifully but had the perfect portion.
Limited options but great brunch! Small, intimate and amazing
The food was terrible. I ordered the shrimp frittata and it was just an omelet with shrimp. Everything was cold and had zero flavor. Save your money and stay home.
We were pleasantly surprised by the service quality! This was the only restaurant in USVI where management plays attention to it. The food was good: not outstanding, but good. Yet we are glad we dined here
Service was excellent. Food was superb.
Consider adding hot coffee or hot tea to menu.
I loved the hot pot. You don't see Hot pots in CT. Unique experience.
The worse food we have had in St.Thomas. $85 for soggy and mushy Caribbean lobster. Dried and very small portions of wagyu short ribs ribs for $48. Wine and service was excellent.
It was marvelous!!
Extremely disappointed. Our family of 4 was given 1 menu to share, because apparently they couldn’t find any more. Bitter, woody mushrooms in my omelet with overcooked rubbery eggs. Husbands lobster Benedict had hard boiled eggs on top, not poached. Son said his huevos rancheros was gross, he did not eat it. Crepe was greasy and not made correctly. Even our watermelon slices were slimy and limp. We waited for over an hour to get this terrible food for our Easter brunch.
They’re taking all of the Covid precautions which was refreshing. The food was delicious and the view for outside dining of course was spectacular. The servers were sweet and friendly.
I made a mistake in booking I inadvertently booked twice—when we arrived there was an outdoor table we asked for and we’re told it was booked. We were seated near the outside wall. Two of the meals we’re served cold and returned. Two of the second drinks tasted totally different from the originals and were sent back, then when the replacements came back one was in a cracked glass and that was returned. We we’re one of the last tables to leave and the table we requested sat empty all evening. We have been visiting your restaurant for at least the last 15 years under different ownerships and would like to return but under different circumstances. We are not looking for comps that’s not our style but good friendly service and food is required.
We have sat at the bar before dinner on many occasions and enjoyed the fabulous view.
Great Ambiance, beautiful view, well prepared and delicious brunch!
First we had reservations for 11am but did not get seated until 11:30. The waitress/bartender took our order then came back 15/29 minutes later with our drinks and asked us what our order was so she did not put the order in yet. Waited 40 minutes for food and my order was wrong so I had to wait again when my friend had her food and started to eat. Had to go to bar to ask for salt and pepper lemon for fish and dressing for salad that was not brought with the order. Friend finished her food when mine arrived. Then when we tried to pay, waitress/bartender never returned with credit card receipt and I again had to walk to the bar only to find her doing something else and our bulk still not wrung up. Threw cash down and took credit card.
While fiasco lasted 3 hours. Ugh.
We absolutely enjoyed our evening! Our server Abby was outstanding, as well as the ambiance, music, and overall atmosphere. The food was aesthetically pleasing. Wonderful evening out!!!
Lots of interesting choices. Enjoyed and atmosphere as well. Great service!
All I can say is AMAZING! If you want a delicious dinner with a view go here and get a table outside.
Amazing food and service! They brought us out complimentary appetizers to try and they were great too. Amazing view overlooking the ocean.
Had a Great experience for my Girlfriend's Birthday... great food... great waitresses! Great place!
Literally one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in YEARS!
Not what I expected for “one of the best brunches on the island.” Menu is standard fare with avg preparation at best.
Meatballs and risotto not good, lobster ravioli very good.
I really don’t know where to start. Made reservations at 7:45 didn’t get greeted until 8:15 then sat and didn’t get waters until 8:30 drinks. Ordered a bottle of wine right when we sat , the couldn’t find it for 20 minutes, said while you look we will just have a glass of house wine since it’s taking so long. Never came back to us about the bottle of wine she just said still searching. Then our appetizers didn’t come out for another hour. That’s after she dropped off our drinks and asked us what our order was 30 min after placing it. We asked for bread while waited an hour for our food about 30 times. It only came out when we asked another server. Not too mention she didn’t check how food was until we were half way through and that’s when she brought our 4th persons meal she had been waiting on that was cold. Food was good but after such horrible service and waiting so long it was hard to fully enjoy it. Not once did a manager come by either. We sat with dirty plates and empty glasses for about 15 minutes. Clearly not happy after she drops our check off for a party of 4 she says she’s gonna include grat, online said party of 5+ has grat. All four of us work as servers/ bartender and this was so unacceptable. We had been so excited for a nice dinner and it absolutely ruined our whole night. As soon as we sat we wanted out of it. Food is good but honestly with that service not with it.
We were so disappointed by our evening at this restaurant. The double-booked us even though we had a reservation and then stuck us out on a random patio by ourselves with nearly no view of the ocean. Huge thumbs down.
My fiancé and I had dinner here after getting engaged that day. They made us feel really special even before they knew we just got engaged. Our waiter Jermaine was so nice, attentive and very funny! The food outstanding and nothing we had every had before. We particularly liked the "johnny cakes" which I believe was a Chef Benny creation that day. Nothing beats the view we had from our table as the sun was setting. Thank you for a great experience and wonderful memory Chef Benny and crew!
Disappointed in our dinner service. It did not match the quality of the food. Service was inattentive and extremely SLOW. The servers need training in fine dining service. It must match the quality of the food, which was delicious. The Waygu tenderloin was perfect. The lobster was fresh and a must try.
Location beautiful, service was not great, had to wait over 30 minutes to order my wine, had to keep asking for water, and water came in small plastic bottles at $8 a pop... staff seemed pretty untrained for a “high end” restaurant, and prices were crazy for steaks- $130?! NOT worth the price - we had better meals elsewhere for much much less.
Very friendly staff and food was excellent.
Food was absolutely awful and the service was rough. Restaurant is in a beautiful location but the food lacks any culinary experience you would expect when a she put his name on it.
The service by Joseph and Rema was fantastic! Abbey behind the bar made her first caipirinha and it was delicious!
Went here for our honeymoon, it was beautiful and everything was delicious!
Portions small overpriced
Took friends who were visiting for the view. Hostess tried to seat us inside and when we asked to go on the other side of the bar outside she complained the table was not set. Had to specifically instruct her to go set the table since we specifically requested an outside table with a view when we made the reservation. Seems she was put out by having to do any work.
Waiter was friendly. Staff seemed confused and rushing despite having few tables occupied.
Parking and signage needs improvement,
The view is lovely, unfortunately the bar takes up much of the beautiful view, should be moved to the back.
Food was better than expected, lamb chops, chicken and croquettes recommended.
TERRIBLE! Arrived for our reservation only to be told it would be an hour or more wait. We decided to wait offsite, but provided the host our phone number. She assured she would call us from her personal phone. 2 hours later we decided to eat someplace else. Good thing. She never called. Mirador does not value its patrons. They are rude. They are terrible.
The cuisine was outstanding, Zoe's service was impeccable and the outdoor atmosphere was perfect!
Not worth the money. Good view but everything else below expectations
Service was ok. The staff was not very knowledgeable on the menu or attentive. Some food items were good, like crab cake benedict. However, French toast was not good or worth the cost. View was beautiful and live music was great.
Great wind selection, great food, first class service, Was very pleased overall with our dinning experience
Great location and great food. Shakira was excellent.
Over priced for what you get. My lobster tail was dry and spiced in lemon
The food was cold. Scallops were warm on top, cold on the bottom. Hard to find, and the service was like a pre-opening vs. an opened restaurant. I would not recommend this restaurant to others at this time.
