Service was poor and the bar didn’t really have much of a christmas feel besides serving drinks in fun glasses. We got there at 9:45 and were sat upstairs, only to have to move downstairs at 10:15 because the upstairs was closing at11:00? Very confusing and the staff even mocked one of the people I was with by making fun of their voice and hair. Not the holly jolly vibes we were looking for.

We had a lot of fun! It was pretty loud, but I expected that! The food was ok, the service was awesome, and the only thing that would have made it a touch better was if they were playing some Christmas music! It's a full theme with lights and stockings, most people were dressed up in ugly sweaters and silly headbands, etc, but the ambiance would have been a million times better with xmas music--a curated "silly xmas music" playlist would have been amazing! There's nothing to take too seriously here, so go and enjoy and drink up! The cocktails are all really good (we tried as many as we could!) and the food's pretty decent too. I want to go back before Miracle leaves. It's a fun time and definitely a Christmas party atmosphere!

I had very high hopes going to this. I'd heard from multiple people that have attended other locations throughout the country how great of an experience it is. I love Ponyboy, and the service was great, but this really felt thrown together and like it was an afterthought. Reservations were "highly recommended" and if you no-show, there is $5 charge per person. That in itself sets a tone. When we arrived, there was no music on, and the bar was completely empty. I at least thought that our reserved seating would be upstairs, but it was just one of the booths in the back of the main floor. The decor is minimal, at best. There is a gold tinsel background on the main wall with color lights and...that's about it. There's some simple garland on the light fixtures, and some fake snow and nutcrackers on the table. While we were there, we observed them setting up two additional high-top tables which they put two candles and a nutcracker on. We didn't eat, but I, nor my party, was not impressed with the cocktails. They felt like "too much," and I don't really know that they hit the mark for "holiday-vibes." If it comes again next year, we will risk finding a seat at the bar and seeing if there's an improvement on decor and ambience. We will likely review the Miracle menu to see if a cocktail jumps out, but would likely just stick to the regular cocktail list at Ponyboy.

Overall mediocre experience. A few Christmas decorations and holiday themed drinks. Lots of places are doing that. Reservations required but we were there for about a hour and a half and there were max 4 tables at any given time. Not sure what all the hype was about. Service was great though

The harp was beautiful. I was disappointed that 4 the price of the drinks that the glasses were not included. They were available for purchase but that was over priced. The drinks were good but the mugs were 90%ice. The food wasn't bad.
