Tiger our server was very good. The food was hot and came out quickly and price was very reasonable. Mio Nonna is worth going to. We'll be back.

The server was very nice & the food was great but the service was very very slow and the bar service was even slower. It took forever for our first round of drinks. I think our salads came before our cocktails did. Timing was off. I think another bartender was needed. Then, it took forever to get our final bill. . .We were going to the Lionel Richie concert. Our reservation was at 5:30pm so we should have had plenty of time. I hope our overall experience is better next time.

Everything was great about our night out. The food was all very good. We had the calamari, attuno salad, diavolo pizza, cacio e crema, and tiramisu. They also surprised us with birthday cannolis. Service was friendly and genuine. Only negative was the restaurant was on the warm side.

Our second visit to Mio Nonno proved the first one was not a fluke. The food from appetizer to entree was tasty using fresh ingredients. Service is also very good. Looking forward to our next visit.

The pizza has a harsh bitter taste to it. We ordered 5 meals. Only one person eat their meal. We was very disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I don't normally do reviews but this was bad.

We made a reservation (staying at the Ascent) for the restaurant for 7 on Saturday night. The restaurant was empty . The place is lovely and the hostess was kind. They sat me to wait for my party. I ordered the carpaccio and eggplant rolatini. One of my guests had the gnocchi and the other two had pasta dishes. The food was not bad but very average. One of the guests commented it taste a bit like cafeteria food. My carpaccio plate consisted of three tiny tiny slices of beef and a large handful of greens on top. One or two shreds of parm. The rolatini looked deep fried and burnt on the edges. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The hostess is sweet and wonderful. Opened the door and let us sit inside as we had ridden the train and arrived in the heat prior to the restaurant opening. Alex our server was great and the manager always comes by. We make this a stop every time we come to Dallas or the American Airlines Center. The valet guy was also wonderful. We have also visited the Flower Mound location.

Our first visit to Mio Nonno will not be our last! From the starter to the pasta entrees the food was terrific. Our server Miranda did a great job of checking in on us on a regular basis while allowing the both of us to enjoy our food.

My second time and my husband third time and it has never disappointed!! We had the Caesar salad, Diavolo pizza, and the cheesecake! All were absolutely amazing!! Freshest ingredients, freshly made and has become one of our all-time favorites!!

We were seated at our table and it took the server about 7 minutes to greet us. We explained we were going to see Stars play and didn’t have a lot of extra time. We immediately placed our order and 35 minutes later our order came out. 1 entree was correct, the other was not. It was a pizza. They gave us the correct entree and I asked the server for silverware. Another 5-10 minutes went by and no silverware and we still didn’t know what happened to the pizza. Finally, I got silverware and 15 minutes after we told them wrong pizza, they sent the correct one out directly from the pizza oven. They did comp the pizza. We like their food, you just have to plan for a long time to eat because they are slow and maybe understaffed.

The food was delicious. Alex was our waiter. We had a party of nine with half the people needing to modify their order or needed assistance picking a dish based on the description of what they wanted to eat. Alex was able to come up with perfect selections for everyone and the chef adjusted those dishes that weren't exactly on the menu to everyone's liking. Well done!!

Rough night. Brand new server. Waited an hour before we even got our waters. Other tables sat after us received entrées before we received drinks. Other servers tried to help after we complained but the experience was stressful.

This is our second time to dine here and it is definitely one of our top favorites!! we live in Fort Worth so it’s not convenient other than when we’re there for the Dallas Stars hockey games but it’s absolutely one of our favorites now!! amazing food, amazing service, just an overall great experience!!!

Very cute environment, giving like simple but good vibes. The whole restaurant was giving us bad looks the whole time and complained about not enough tip. We were 8 Highschool students and most of us tipped over 20%. Either way the food was great but besides the judgey environment it was great:) will go again

I’m usually a huge fan of this restaurant, especially for dinner before hockey games. However, our last several visits have made us late to the game. Our reservations are typically at least 2 hours before the game starts, but it takes a long time for food to be brought out, even if we place our order within 10 minutes of sitting down. We have to follow up on it as well to make sure it’s on the way. If the restaurant anticipated a busy crowd, I’m surprised when they only have a handful of chefs. Just a heads up in case you’re on a tight time frame too! The food is delicious, & the servers are always amazing! It’s just the kitchen that seems to be a bit out of sync.

Haven't been here in a bit and it seems different. My rollatini was not the same, mushy, not crisp and just warm. Ceasar salad only had flavor while I was biting an anchovy. The croutons were excellent. Got seated in the back booth which seemed ok as it was a brisk night, temperature wise, and the alternative to the booth seemed to be sitting in a spot with a breeze. The booth was dark. Not dim, dark. Asked about turning the lights up a bit and we were told no, the manager doesn't like it that way. This is during daylight hours. We aren't talking about a speakeasy. Plus, left after 9 o'clock and saw a total of about 10 tables on a Saturday, so who is this ambiance for? Not sure what the manager is going for but it can't be me.

We hit this spot up a half dozen times a year before a Stars game. Food is solid with a reduced menu before games so they can crank out the food. The service staff has always been exceptional. Ticket times can be a bit long at times, even when not overly busy, but nothing too bad. Honestly, I have yet to have a bad meal there.

A nice dinner, we dove in from Tulsa and we were early to eat before a show at Dallas Broadway Music Hall we got there about 4:55 and the staff was not prepared even though we had a 5pm reservation. The charcuterie board was fantastic, however the Capreses salad lacked the balsamic glaze I prefer. My Lobsyer Arragosta was good, the eggplant parmesan was well presented, the Lasagna was raved about by my 13 year old. All in all, a nice dinner with my family appropriately rated above average around 4 stars.

Service, ambiance, and food was amazing! The service is very attentive and friendly. I got the gnocchi as my main and the focaccia and margarita flatbread as an appetizer. All was very tasty and I highly recommend.

We had a reservation, the host tried to put us at this tiny table between a support column and a window. Requested to sit somewhere else. Was put out on the patio and forgotten about. The music was entirely too loud out there. The menu was reduced due to it being “an event night.” The place was understaffed and our server didn’t seem to know what the menu offered or even the bar. After waiting 15 more minutes for the server to return to take our drink order, we just got up and left. We LOVE the Mio Nonno restaurant in Fairview but this one in Victory Park needs a lot of help.

Please do better! We would have enjoyed the food and experience but the overall service was horrible and that’s an understatement. We had to track down the wait staff to get refills on our drinks and to make matters worse, It took over two and a half hours to get our food.

This is my favorite restaurant- the eggplant dish needs an award! Prices are great, service is top notch, and the space is very well styled. My only complain was how dark it was where we were sitting. I understand ambiance and vibes but we were depending on light from the other side of the room. Maybe a candle on those back tables would do the trick! We’ll be back for sure!
