Mio Bistro's professional and friendly staff provides each guest with attentive service whether dining on light fare and drinks or a full dinner. Owners Beverly and Leo pride themselves on being one of the only "green" restaurants in the area. Each meal is made to order with locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Light fare such as the lobster corn soup or wild shrimp and avocado salad are perfect to enjoy with a glass of wine at the bar. Mio Bistro's menu features such entrŽes as Thai red snapper, lamb shank and mushroom risotto. Customers who leave room for dessert can try treats such as pumpkin cheesecake or molten chocolate lava cake.
