   Sought a high quality vegetarian meal for a change. The food was excellent and it introduced me to wonderful new flavors. I also loved the way the restaurant was decorated with interesting artifacts and lighting. Even the teapot and cups were interesting.

   Nice spot in Waitsfield! All vegetarian or vegan. The Mint salad is a must and there is enough ough for two. Portions are very generous. Food was very fresh and tasty. My meat-loving son loved his meal (veggie tacos and pad thai). We would return if we are in Waitsfield. And unlikr some of the hyped places in the area, Mint takes reservations.

   My husband and I love Mint! We are not strict vegetarians but the food at Mint is so creative! Everything is local, seasonal and fresh.

   The food is vegan and very flavorful and healthy. Atmosphere is calming and the decor artfully done and zen-like. A real find.

   We were in Vermont for our anniversary & we decided to go to Mint for dinner Friday night. It has a very relaxed ambiance. Dim lit, wooden tables, candle light. And they have an impressive selection of hot teas to choose from. For starters we split a pumpkin and chickpea salad. The pumpkin was delicious and went very well with the chickpeas. For main dishes my fiancé got the lentil and zucchini cakes. She said that the flavors complimented each other very well and that she would definitely order it again in the future. For me, I ordered the greens and broccoli. It was a delicious blend of kale, broccoli, black beans, and brown rice, in a very tasty tofu sauce. It was a good blend of sweet, tart, and savory. For dessert my fiancé got the tiramisu and I got the chocolate torte. Neither one of us were disappointed and it was just enough sweet to finish our meal right. If you're in the Waitsfield, VT area and looking for an amazing vegetarian restaurant, I would highly recommend MINT. We definitely plan on returning the next time we're in town.

   I'm not 100% vegetarian so I was unsure if the menu options would be satisfying enough. Here's the deal - the quality and flavor of everything we tried was outstanding! Even non-vegetarians will be satisfied. Be sure to get the Mint salad. Great wine list too.

   Awesomely good eats! Friendly server! So wonderful to see a restaurant owner & chef put creative thought & effort into developing a simple and delicious vegetarian menu. Eating here was a delight!
