Modern Indian, fine dining restaurant located at the heart of Downtown Seattle. Executive Chef, Abhijit Sarkar, is bringing regional Indian flavors & innovative, culinary techniques to the Pacific Northwest with a carefully curated menu that has something on it for everyone. Building upon the ever evolving traditions of Indian cuisine, guests will experience a flavorful menu of vibrant, contemporary dishes inspired by the distinct flavors of regions spanning all of India. Complete with an eclectic craft cocktail program, expansive gin selection & extensive non-alcoholic beverage list, guests will have an unparalleled dining experience from start to finish.

Seating options include dining room, private dining, bar and lounge. Happy hour is offered from 3-5pm at the bar and in the lounge Tuesday - Sunday.

Really excellent appetizers, good portion size, quality ingredients, and well presented. The non-alcoholic drinks felt a bit on the expensive side. The service was really great, attentive and polite staff.

The experience & presentation of each dish was wonderful. The taste & flavors … not so much. Appetizers of the pani puri, chicken tikka & spinach chaat were all very good. We ordered several mains to share family style. Tawa pulao & veg kofta were good. Laccha paratha was okay. Black daal & chola pindi tasted the same. Laal mas (lamb shank) - a normally fabulous dish was bland and imminently forgettable, prawn avial was a joke. Zero flavor, chef forgot the salt, watered down “coconut” gravy with some dabs of chilli powder and some sad shrimp floating around. Both desserts, falooda & the rabri mousse concoction were great. Cocktails were wonderful. In summary, start & finish were great, mains left a lot to be desired.

We went to celebrate my 15yr old’s birthday at her request. The food is very good. The presentation is different from a typical takeout place. It’s upscale, and sophisticated. It looks as good as it tastes. The bar has some beautiful and creative cocktails. We had dessert plans so we skipped that, but they brought out a slice of some kind of banana bread cake thing. I didn’t eat it, but my three dining companions devoured it. Our family has eaten here about four times in the last couple of years. We don’t live anywhere near it, so it’s inconvenient. And yet, I will not hesitate to go next time someone floats Mint for dinner again.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Food is amazing, elevated, beautiful, delicious. Restaurant is wonderfully designed with a lovely atmosphere. Menu is varied for any kind of specific dietary needs. Chelsea made our dinner delightful with her knowledge of the menu and friendly demeanor. Thank you, Chelsea for making our evening so special.
