• Late Night Menu: Fridays & Saturdays, 9:45 pm - 12 am

Chef’s Counter Experience

• 12-Course Tasting Menu for $130 per person
• Beverage Pairing available for an additional $60 per person
• Seatings at 6 pm & 8 pm

Reservations & Timing

• We offer a 15-minute grace period. Please call if you are running more than 10 minutes late.
• Your table is reserved for 2 hours (for parties up to 4) and 2.5 hours (for parties of 4+).

Everything was wonderful. I love how the taste is true to the Filipino taste whilst using local ingredients. The food was phenomenal. Can't wait to be back!

LOVE visiting the amazing team at Mineral and bringing people here for their first time makes for such a great impression of what Filipino food can be. I like to get my favourite dishes here but whatever you get will always be a hit.

Back again in less than a week. Took a very good friend out for her first time and it was phenomenal. Opted for a few drinks and small bites, but I have to tip my hat off to your staff, Chef Daniel. You have built an extremely warm, inviting, accommodating line. They work seamlessly and are so in tune. Thank you for providing my guest and I an experience never to forget. Cheers, Mineral!

Nice twist on Filipino fusion. Tasting menu was great . Staff very Friendly . Chef Danny even Came out to say hi to his customers too. Would definitely recommend this place .

Despite being not particularly fond of tasting menus my friend and I came to the ‘Tuesday’ night tasting menu at Mineral. It was a delightful surprise. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, the food was creative and well thought out, delicious, with interesting tastes. Beautifully presented. And it was excellent value. I will be back. It was a delightful evening. Thank you

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Felt catered to while not being interrupted or bothered. Every dish was delicious and the cocktails are also excellent.
