About this restaurant

In the Japanese restaurant Minamo we say that you are going to have a meal surrounded by butterflies, we are not being metaphorical. The blue butterflies are as real as the sophisticated dishes, each one more surprising than the other, which mixes gastronomy and show, and that entertains us with sophisticated creations based on the most exquisite Japanese cuisine. We only have to contemplate the blue butterflies that occupy a whole glazed wall of the restaurant and be seduced by the food and other stimuli that emerge from any corner of Minamo.

Here the kitchen is a party, as befits a place that strongly bets for a peculiar staging. We found three proposals: a lunch menu and two menus for dinner, one of them with the wagyu as the protagonist. In all of them, the splurge of delicatessen products is overwhelming: oysters, caviar, gold, seafood and the so-called Sushi Garden whose presentation, we say no more, will leave you stunned.
