   Our experience at Mims was lovely. The beautiful view, the food was incredible. Our server was warm, professional and made our experience extra special.

   I really had high hopes for this resultant being family owned for long and having a good record online. The food was great! A little over sauced but still so fresh and so filling. The service was great, waitress was nice and answered questions and was attentive. I did not find it to be slow at all. I would go back and try other dishes that did not involve so much sauce being used. Maybe a pasta?

   Went early with reservation. So, no long wait to be seated. Had excellent service. Ceasar salad, coconut shrimp, plantains, rice, and key lime pie were all good. Grilled lobster was tough and stringy.

   Joan made us very welcome and comfortable. Joan was ready to party with us Been there many times over last few years anyone that waited on us was wonderful. We highly recommend to anyone

   My third visit here, and it gets better every time! Had the small lobster, and it was perfect with rice and vegetables. Drinks might be on the pricey side, so next time, I'll save those dollars for more delicious food options. Be prepared to wait for the food, but it's worth it.

   We had a spectacular time at Mim’s! We enjoyed it so much we came back for one more dinner on our last night. We had Joan as our server both nights and she is incredible: very funny, personable, and attentive. The food was fantastic!!! I’d highly recommend any of their snapper dishes. So good; I’ll be daydreaming about it until I come back.

    We chose this restaurant because their website says "The Freshest Seafood". We did not find this to be true. We all ordered variations of dishes with red snapper which are caught in the waters of St. Thomas. All 6 of us thought the fish must have been frozen, it just had no taste. And we ordered it prepared in different ways. The waitress was very personal and did an excellent job. The food was just blah.... But, the restaurant has a beautiful view and good drinks !!
