    Staff was polite but the service was slow and not very engaging. It took awhile to get drinks and food. The food was ok, we ordered 4 different plates and none were very special. A little dry and over cooked. Glad we tried it but probably won't return.

    Landed at Denver airport early in the morning. Wanted a breakfast place, found Mimosa's on Open Table. It was great! I had the Eggs Benedict and the server suggest I add ham which made it exceptionally good. My husband had an omelet which was equally as good. We didn't partake of the Mimosas as we had a long drive in front of us but they looked yummy.

    It was amazing. The food, the music, the atmosphere, the drinks! I feel like Mimosas is a great place to take loved ones who are visiting from out of town. All of the food we ordered was fantastic. The shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, waffles, skillet potatoes… ALL of it was delicious.

    We had a great server! I didn't like the music as much as previous visits as I was accustomed to the R&B and Hip-Hop that is usually played for Sat/Sun Brunch...but when we asked our server to request a change to the DJ they did change up the music for the better. We were seated outside at the first table which was not a great table as people were constantly walking past our table both servers and customers. I would not want to sit in that location in the future. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and we were celebrating two birthdays, and they each got a complementary birthday shot with a candle -which was a very nice touch.

    We really enjoyed trying mimosa. The drinks are good, the food is excellent! We tried the lox and bagel and the chicken and waffles and they were both excellent! The only slight complaint would be the music too loud.

    This is my 2nd visit. I had the chicken & waffle with a fried egg to the side after getting an order of beignet's for the table. I also had a small pineapple juice and a latte with almond milk + 3 pumps of vanilla. All good and tasty.

    First time & wish I had visited sooner. They have an extensive selection of Mimosa's. It was nice to see that they use French Brut champagne instead of prosecco. I ended up drinking 2 Bellini's and 1 Pina Colada. My starter were Beignets. So great! Crunchy outside and soft inside with lots of powdered sugar. It was accompanied by a sweet lemon curd. For my entree, I got the Power Scramble with egg whites, veggies and feta cheese. I got a large piece of chicken sausage and buttered sourdough bread. But the house potatoes should be skipped. Coffee was good and strong.

    We are from out of town and Mimosas was a first stop after landing. We LOVED it. Great vibes, great music and even better food. We thoroughly enjoyed the beignets. We are from Louisiana and we agreed that Mimosas beignets were the best we’ve ever had! Our waiter was amazing! We cannot remember his name but he was super attentive and patient. We will definitely be returning during our next visit.
