   This was our first visit, but unfortunately we were extremely disappointed. The food was below average. We were group of 4 and two of us left our main dishes pretty much untouched as they were not edible - risotto with duck leg. We did feedback to the waiter that the dishes were bland, cold and tasteless. No one seemed to care. We skipped the dessert altogether. Needless to say we certainly won't be returning.

We will however be investigating this further as a matter of urgency.    We went as a family for Sunday lunch have read other reviews. The food was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. Not the cheapest option but on balance worth it. We will visit again.

   We had a lovely dinner with friends here. Food was excellent and service was good. Nice feel to the place and tables were nicely spaced. Would recommend and will be going back.

   Fabulous brunch at Mimi’s. The food was delicious! And the service was great, very attentive and friendly, felt very relaxed and no rushing you off your table. I will definitely be visiting again, thank you Mimi’s!

   Lovely staff, food was delicious and served quick. Pornstar martini cocktail was a bit disappointing, didn’t get the passion fruit on top of the shot of Prosecco with it. Overall lovely we was in back of restaurant where it lacked any vibe or music. Would visit again

    Had such a great night at Mimi's on Saturday with my friend. We enjoyed lots of cocktails and wine, the food was delicious and the staff were so lovely. Didn't leave until 1am! We really had the best night. Will be back again very soon, thank you!

    Perfect location for an evening spent catching up with friends. A few of us arrived early so had a pre dinner cocktail in the bar (which was delicious and a lovely setting) before going through to our table in the restaurant. The service throughout was excellent with incredibly knowledgeable staff serving us both in the restaurant and at the bar. Food was superb and the open kitchen is a really great touch as you can see everything being meticulously prepared. We all commented how much we enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Strongly recommend if you haven’t been!

    Went for a Sunday Roast with friends. Had heard good things but disappointed with our first visit. Ordered a sharing roast platter, which we thought was on the small side, and also not piping hot. We were sat by the kitchen and could see a lot of the food being sat there before taking out to tables. We also ordered two side orders of cauliflower cheese, which were undercooked and runny, so sent these back in the understanding they would be replaced. They were bought out again when three of the meals had been finished, no apology. Small things like glasses not been cleared, starter cutlery being left on the table whilst the waiting staff were discussing table plans. No complaints about the staff however they were friendly but maybe a bit more experience needed, just tainted our expectations.

    The food and service was exceptional for casual fine dining. We could see all the staff working together as a team including the staff in the kitchen. Having open kitchen really works. We had a very nice birthday meal.

    The food was absolutely delicious, however the evening was ruined by the service and the ambience of the venue. From the minute we arrived it was evident the level of experience from the serving staff was very minimal. The owner was very loudly and very obviously loudly directing his staff members and loudly discussing his annoyance of a table who were waiting for a member of there party who was running late. He was loud, bolshy snd rude. The serving staff were very inexperienced, there was no forward thinking and it’s ruined what could be a really lovely experience.

    Excellent dinner, lovely atmosphere and attentive friendly staff. Our table had a mix of steaks, risottos and pastas which were all brilliant. My dad (who is really hard to please!) said it was the best steak he has ever had. Wine was fabulous, they had a wide variety of wines from around the world at different prices so a great choice if you like your wines! We had a cocktail in the bar before and after our meal which had a wonderful atmosphere, the cocktail menu has something for everybody and all my family were really impressed. We saw another table ordered tapas in the bar which looked delicious - Will definitely be back soon!

    Food was nice, staff were either new or untrained and missed all the basics. They need to ensure they have fully trained waiters. We had a large table bill and the added service charge was on our visit not worthwhile paying.

    Fabulous lunch at Mimi’s! Lovely attentive staff, I had a delicious steak sandwich and my mum had a chicken club. Drinks were great, although I didn’t manage to have a cocktail as I was driving so will have to come back another time!
