Mimi & Frankie's offers a modern rustic take on Northern Italian cuisine and waterfront dining. Located in one of the oldest log structures on Lake Coeur D'Alene and former summer residence of the Hagadone family, the Cougar Bay Lodge has been painstakingly restored and upgraded for discerning guests that appreciate elevated food, hospitality, and life experiences. Fixed menus feature thoughtfully designed and artfully prepared traditional courses (apertivo, primi, secondi, dolce) that showcase handmade fresh pasta and gelato, imported cheeses, and only the finest locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Cozy family-style seating (indoor/outdoor) with spectacular views of the Nature Preserve, Tubbs Hill, and the downtown skyline.

Reservations/Deposits required (no walk-ins). Pop-up dinners only on specific nights of the month. Private parties, cooking classes, and other special events (weddings, Ironman, bird watching luncheons, eco-tours, etc.) welcomed.

If you are in the Southbound lanes, please drive past the Lodge to W Cougar Gulch Road where you may safely turn around and merge onto the Northbound lanes.
