Fantastic fresh fish. The Milos Special - a tower of fried zucchini and eggplant- is exceptional. Great sommalier too!

The food was fairly average. Although the service was very good the noise level in the restaurant made it difficult to hear what the server was saying and certainly conversation with my fellow guest was almost impossible. Altogether a very ordinary experience as an extra ordinary price. How can they possibly charge $18 for a glass of very ordinary Greek champagne?

Was here for lunch, the lunch menu is fantastic with lots of great, healthy options. 3 courses for $32, great value for the food, and service!
Very loud, but the grilled octopus and grilled catch of the day more than made up for it! Food is so fresh, service is so attentive. They even brought out a little birthday cake! It was such a pleasant break in the work day.

Amazingly fresh fish prepared flawlessly and served beautifully. Noise level is high at lunch, but it didn’t lessen the great dining experience.
I am a huge fan of quality fish cooked simply. However, the prices charged by Milos are eye-watering. We paid c$270 for a modest turbot for three without any side dishes! For that price, I can get the same fish, cooked identically, at Chez Hortense in up-market Cap Ferret, plus the starters, side-dishes and deserts for five ... all very emperor's new clothes

Although the food was good, the restaurant was a bit pricey for pasta. Not what I expected having been at the new Milos at Hudson yards
to expensive considering that we just had a Martini and a glass of wine. Also we were 3 and we share one of the entrees.

It was great overall: food (best Greek I have had in US), service (attentive but not overly so), setting. It is on the expensive side even by NYC standard, ~$150/p.

We always love this place - my wife's reaction on her first bite of soft shell crab was - WOW! Everything was quite good although I would have gotten my tuna a little plainer...great wine and cocktails...terrific service and ambiance! Can't wait to go back again!
The menu and portion sizes were a little confusing. Based on the server’s recommendation (I think this is what he was saying) we ordered a protein to share and if I had it to do again, would have ordered two. The food was excellent and I would go back again and recommend the restaurant to others.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. They do everything in an exceptional way.
Milos is a perfect for pre-theatre dining - there is even a 3-course pre-theatre menu. The food is fresh and nicely presented, fish is excellent and good selection of wines. We especially liked the Arctic char and dorade as mains and the Assyrtiko, Santorini, the Cretan Vidiano/Plyto, Skipper, and the Chardonnay, Gerovassiliou, Epanomi as white wines with dinner. The bread is wonderful! - served with some clipped greens and olive oil. Service is excellent - our server asked if we were headed to a play or event and timed the meal accordingly. Servers were knowledgeable about the food and ingredients. This is the second year (we are in New York annually) we have dined at Milos and it was consistently excellent and a lively atmosphere.

Excellent food, great service and fun atmosphere are found at Milos. Fresh fish is abundant and prepared perfectly. Love this restaurant!
Our bread lit on fire but the waiters put the fire out
First, they “gave away” my reservation. I went to check in and they tried seating me with people that were not in my dining group. No biggie, as they had another table available.
One of the appetizers was wonderful (thinly sliced zucchini and eggplant lightly battered and deep fried with taziki), the other was a selection of hummus, cheese dip, and one other dip and it was okay.
We then waited over an hour for our main course. I spoke with the managers and they quickly remedied the situation by paying for one of the two bottles of expensive wine that we had purchased and brought us a dessert.
My main course was okay (lobster pasta), but not great. Two people in our party had filet, which they said was good. The other party had salmon and they also said it was good.
This was a 60th birthday celebration that turned into an annoyance.
