   Our reservation was at 6:30. We were seated at 6:32 and no one came to our table until 6:45 at which time we put in our dinner order. We got our soup around 7:10. We assumed our entrees weee shortly behind. By 7:35, we still hadn’t got our entrees which were (2) fish dinners w/fries, (1) E combo boil and (1) lobster and shrimp pasta. First, we were missing one fish dinner and there was no explanation offered as to why, the waiter just simply took off for the kitchen. The other three dishes were just simply cold. The fries tasted cold and hard, the fish was cold, the pasta was cold and the bag containing the seafood boil was not even lukewarm. On top of that we were given no utensils to eat with. After waiting for the waiter to come back , I walked to the hostess table to try to find someone to complain, no one was around. I flagged down another staff/waiter who went back to the kitchen to inform our waiter that we were not happy and we are leaving and no longer want the food. This other staff told us that there was no manager on duty because the mgr unexpectedly decided to leave for a week and they were pretty much fending for themselves. This was totally not acceptable, there had to at least been a lead person to handle issues?!? Our waiter finally came back out and gave more excuses, never apologized. He did say that our meals would be comped but by that time we were thoroughly frustrated and said that we do not even want to stay to eat and were leaving, we never even touched the cold food other than a bite of the fries and left everything else untouched at the restaurant. We wasted over an hour in that restaurant with the worst service ever. We will never come back and will discourage people from coming here. The only saving grace was the jazz musician playing there.

   Started with fried calamari which was so over cooked it was like eating rubber bands. Then we shared a combo bag with clams shrimp and crawfish. The head on shrimp were undercooked and the corn was soggy. However the clams and crawfish were good. The best thing about the meal was the garlic butter seasoning. The bathrooms were disgusting as well.

   They seemed a bit short staffed. They had a saxophonist playing music for Valentine’s Day which I could have done without.

   Because we had a reservation on Valentine’s Day, we were able to go right to our table. The food was fantastic, as always.

   This was our first time dining here and it was a great experience. The portions are huge and fresh. The cajun seasoning is outstanding.

   It’s a fun experience and our server was excellent. Go easy on the spice as it overwhelms the seafood. And forget the clams. There were lots of clam shells in our pot but only a few pieces of crab meat.

   The food was delicious. Don’t wear anything white when you come in and be sure to use a bib.
