The service this time was truly excellent, and I was completely satisfied. The staff member Adel is a very respectful and pleasant person who performs his job with passion. Every time I visit the café, he welcomes us warmly and provides outstanding service. I would also like to thank the staff member Yousef for his care and attention to the café’s visitors and their satisfaction.

The service today was extremely poor. Everything was slow, and I wasted all my time just waiting. Even when it came to getting the bill, no one looked at me or paid any attention to bring it.

The place was over crowded, they make us wait for a very long time to even give us a our reserved table, the table was not even in the same lounge we reserved

I was disappointed with the customer service at the reception area. When I asked to change my table, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally.
