Disappointing experience at Millie's Lounge. Service was extremely slow; we had to ask for menus after waiting an hour. Despite noting a birthday celebration during the reservation, the cake arrived without the requested message. When requesting a table change, the staff gave it to others without an apology. Overall, a letdown in both service and attention to customer requests. And this scenario happened for the 2nd time.

everything is amazing but would like suggest for breakfast at lease serve the americano in pot it is nice to have it with the same price of cup too this would be nice guest will appreciate it as it doesn't cost a lot its only coffee and water

At first we didn’t get the waiter to take our orders and then the order came in wrong. Throughout the time there we couldn’t get hold of the waiters for either refills or refreshments. The tables were left dirty and the used dishes were left well after the guests had left the tables. This happened to three tables at the same time around us. The waiter wasn’t responding to me in English or Arabic so I had to ask him it turned out he spoke both as well as french so I tried to speak French with him to lighten the mood. Although it’s a great place I don’t think I will be coming back as the customer service had dropped as me and other customers from my friends had noticed and I even noticed the drop of customers as it wasn’t as crowded as it used to be.

Atmosphere was so lacking. Its THE NED. So very different from london. EVERYONE sat on their phones, no one talking and being creative and sharing as expected. All about the v8s and brand new rs audi’s outside and who got to park at the foot of the striped carpet. Reservation was outside of millies as the mild winter weather was nice this evening. Ordered the Sangiovese red - awful. We live in italy so we enjoy a lot of great red wine but this was a cheap asda comparative. Steaks arrived (average to small post cook) chips were fowl. The over greasy cheap fries that of a bad chippy van on side of an A road in uk. Wheres the luxury? The triple cooked lux chunky chip? Sauces were also off the menu so im glad we asked otherwise dry mouth city. Steak flavours were great as a contrast. Team on the floor were attentive. Although trying to refill our already mid full dry 🍷 red wines to the top. The ‘dry’ bar areas were empty and left me wondering if it ever gets busy. The building is insanely beautiful. Every corner another stunning sight. Took our mind of the shocking chips we paid 10x the cost of uk. We ate 6-8pm as kids are understandably not allowed in post 8pm. Although the car park was empty as we left…..

Service was great, nice workers the atmosphere was amazing but it was noisy too loud music and my Americano cup was half empty but i asked the server to remake it and they was happy to make it.

We ordered tiramisu and cheese Kunafa. The kunfa was so bitter that we were not able to eat it. We asked the waiter to take it to the chef and try it, and he agreed. They did not charge it to the bill. However, everything else was perfect. Definitely, I will go back there. Thank you for the delicious food and service.

If you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to enjoy breakfast in the morning, I highly recommend visiting Milie. The egg benedict is especially delicious and I would definitely recommend it. As someone who is very picky about food, I can say that it’s definitely approved! However, I wasn’t a huge fan of the iced Spanish latte which I would rate as 5/10. The waiters are friendly and always happy to serve you at any time. The environment is great in general. However, if you’re planning to visit at night, it can get a bit more busy so I would recommend booking a table in advance.

The hostesses attitude was very bad and is not up to such a fine restaurant nor a hotel standard. They were very rude. Not to mention that the main hostess voice tone wasn’t polite.

I love the afternoon tea they serve. Thier tiramisu is my favorite in Doha. The atmosphere is really good. Really recommend it.

Overall, the experience was nice… beautiful setting, amazing view of Doha skyline. The food was ok, but unfortunately the waiters didn’t pay attention to the order and they forgot to bring certain items to the table.

The girls at the reception, their treatment was very bad with us, although I have a reservation, but they would like to put us in a table whose location is bad and isolated from people, and there are people who do not have a reservation, and they put them in appropriate tables !!! And this is not the first time they have been treated badly with customers
