The place was over crowded, they make us wait for a very long time to even give us a our reserved table, the table was not even in the same lounge we reserved

I was disappointed with the customer service at the reception area. When I asked to change my table, the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally. Such behavior left a negative impression and affected the overall experience at the café. I hope the management addresses this to ensure better service in the future.

I would like to express my deep admiration for the excellent work of the staff member “Zaineb” at Millies Lounge. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Her attitude with customers is absolutely wonderful — so positive, cheerful, and welcoming. She handled everything with professionalism and made us feel truly cared for. It’s rare to find someone who serves with both heart and skill. Thank you for making our dining experience so special!

The experience was amazing, and the place and view were beautiful. However, I didn’t like that their coffee has changed from before. The foam on top now tastes sweet, unlike in the past. Even though I always order a flat white, which doesn’t contain sugar, the coffee foam has changed. I hope you can look into this. Thank you.
