Milk & Honey is a seaside restaurant located in Ahuriri, Napier, New Zealand. We are all about eating and imbibing bloody good food and drink that’s uniquely ours. We get a kick out of looking after people and seeing them relax and hang out at our place.
We open at 7am everyday of the year (except Christmas Day) and are here for you all day and into the night.

I was very keen to try out Milk and Honey under the new management, with my friends. It was my second visit. The first visit was with a dinner club. Both times the food was excellent. My friends said that they would return. My one tip would be to please wait until all diners have finished eating before clearing the table.

Service was slow and the waitress was uncertain about the menu and serving sizes etc. the bao buns were nowhere near as authentic or tasty as they used to be 12 months ago. Disappointing experience, sorry.

Easy on line booking service, spacious so not sitting jammed up against others plus the option of outside seating with pleasant view. Pleasant, friendly staff. Good range on menu and outstanding chef including presentation of food.

Service was bad. Waiter had no idea about the wine we ordered and can back to clarify what we ordered off the menu. Twice. Place was empty but we were put right beside the entry door which had people going in and out all the time (not customers) also windy and coming thru the door. This used to be a top restaurant now sadly rubbish as everything including the food is very average. Pricing is not average. Will not return.
