   Food and atmosphere were fantastic as always, with a small error as to which one of us was getting their Caesar salad without kale - easily fixed. Our server was charming and we enjoyed our dining experience. Will definitely come back, as we always do, 4-5 times a year!

   We eat here regularly. The food is always great. The servers are quick and there’s no lineup because we always make a reservation.  plus the bathrooms are clean!

   Our waiter Curtis was exceptional!!! He was super attentive and accommodating the entire night. He offered suggestions when ordering. When one of his suggestions was not liked, he quickly fixed the problem. Impressively, he brought a bowl of soup to cover her until the new meal was made. We were all so impressed with him. Curtis was the best waiter we’ve experienced in ages. Milestones is lucky to have him, as he does a such a fantastic job.

   Not bad but not great for the price. May or May not be back. Better choices for more expensive and many more for less expensive

   Food was ok but service was horrible. First of all this restaurant only has one high chair. I’m surprised that’s the case for a chain restaurant like milestone. We have to share the high chair with another family mid-meal (the baby in our party is done with his meal), and it wasn’t even the server who came to ask for the high chair, the mom from the other table had to come ask! The server also tried to rush us out of the restaurant and asked if we wanted our bill right after we finished our meal, before we asked for one. Also they are not transparent about pricing. We asked if drinks are included for the kids meal and our server said yes, but in the end they charged us $2 for each of the kids’ drinks and insisted that it’s correct. The worst part is when they split our bills, my daughter’s kids drink got charged onto my friend’s bill. My friend’s bill had 2 kids meal but 3 kids drink!? And apparently the server is unable to fix the bill because she already put my bill through so my friend had to pay for my daughter’s drink anyway. We’ve been to other milestones location and service has always been great so this is a huge surprise for us. Never coming back to this location again.

   I hate tables so I booked a month in advance and specifically asked for a booth in my reservation. When we walked in and told the hostesses our name they whispered to each other for several moments while frantically touching their computer screen. It was clear they didn’t bother to look at the requests ahead of time and were now trying to figure out where to sit us. Eventually one of them told us to follow and they brought us a table. I told the hostess “hey sorry, we specifically asked for a booth” she snarkily replied “sorry requests are not gaurenteed and you’re lucky, we were gonna give you a high top table”. Anyway, outside of that the server and food were both excellent but due to the rudeness of the hostess and their lack of accommodation we will stick with the keg
