The food was better than I expected. The service started off shaky - and slow. After we ordered drinks the server then warmed up. The steak orders were throughly enjoyed- the surf side salad had a little too much vinaigrette. Dessert was delicious

It was Fathers Day so keep that in mind. It was super noisy. The ambient music was way too loud. We almost had to shout at each other across the table to be heard. We asked for the music to be turned down to no avail. The strip loin we ordered was good but not worth the value - bland. Needed more seasoning. Server was good - a few mistakes but I put that down to bring a super busy night.

Service was super slow. Appetizer came out slow. We waited nearly an hour for our food. My food came to the table late to which they offered to give me a side dish like fries while everyone else in my party ate. Not sure why mine were so late since it was just tacos so nothing that takes long to prepare. By the time my food arrived everyone was almost finished. Super disappointing. This location used to be really good. It’s gone downhill

Our Dinner and food, services was great the only complaint I have is we were very uncomfortable as the air conditioning was turned up so high that the three of us were freezing. The force of the A/C was so strong that it was moving the blinds and we had a constant breeze. It caused our dinners to be cold as well as our coffees at the end of our meal. It's understandable when the temperature out side is high, but yesterday it was only 17° and rainy in Scarborough. It's a shame, as we were celebrating a birthday dinner. I highly recommend bringing a heavy sweater or coat.

My friend ordered a burger and the bacon was raw. They exchanged it but how could that happen. Issue also with getting tea. All in all it wasn’t good. My last experience wasn’t great either. Think it’s time to look elsewhere

I indicated on the reservation this was for a birthday but the waitress didn’t even know as she asked if we were celebrating something. What is the point of noting on the reservation if no one reads it. The waiters brought our dinner but appetizers platters were not cleared. We had to try to push aside to fit dinner plates and had to ask them to clear away. The waiter mixed up our steaks. He didn’t know which was which. Folks who ordered medium ended up with well done and another person who ordered 8oz ended up with 6oz. The waitress took what seemed like 30mins to take our desserts order. Very disappointing birthday experience.

Milestones at Scarborough Town Centre is one of my go-to places for casual dining with family and friends. Food is delicious. Pricing is reasonable. Atmosphere is welcoming. I cannot say enough about the customer service here. From front desk to servers to kitchen, the staff are simply superb!! On this visit our server was Kelly. Kudos to her for her always awesome customer service!! Very happy to finally be able to dine in again at this Milestones!!! Would highly recommend this location.

Although we always enjoy our dinners here, we were told for the first time that we only had 1 1/2 hours to eat and leave. Not very welcoming. We ordered right away, but still only barely made this turnaround time, which is, of course, impacted by the service we receive. Not sure that we'll come back any time soon if we are going to be hurried through our meal and out the door so that the restaurant can maximize their profits. Was this only a Mother's Day curfew? Who knows? We didn't have time to ask. :(

The Manager and waitress are very courteous and helpful. Although the service was a bit slow coming from the kitchen, they have made our visit enjoyable. I like everything that we ordered. The food and drink tastes good. It was a very busy day on Mother's Day which was expected.

It was Mother's Day and we really noticed Milestones' poor planning for the day. We waited 1hr 15 min for our food, and then it was cold and not fresh anymore. They gave us one free appetizer, and an apology. I called a few hours later and spoke to one of the managers. She was very nice and apologetic, and gave us some vouchers to come back next time. I'm grateful that she said sorry, and offered vouchers to make it right. However, we waited so long to celebrate my mom, so it was very disappointing to waste all that time when we could have gone somewhere else. Not a bad restaurant, but they definitely didn't plan for the day which is very sad.

The food was good but the service was a bit slow. It wasn’t that busy so I would have thought the service would be better. We went for Mother’s Day brunch. It was good and I will still go back. Mayne it was just an off day. Eggs Benny was good. Coffee was lukewarm. Burger was excellent. Mimosa was great.
