DINER PLEASE BEWARE! Today 8 of us went to Milestones for lunch. When we got up to leave my mom's purse was gone. What ensued after was nothing short of disappointing and left us speechless. We immediately asked the server to speak to the manager and were told he stepped away for 10/15 minutes (how on earth does a manager step away). When he finally appeared and told him what had happened we were told there are no cameras that capture the table we were seated at as mostly staff uses that area. When we told him we were calling the police (which we did) he walked away and at that point all staff completely ignored us. It took 25 minutes for someone to come by and ask if we wanted a glass of water. When l asked to speak to the manager again I said I wanted to be compensated for the meal we just had and in his exact words, "I'm sorry this happened to you but this is not our fault". I asked him to call the owner, at which point he came back and said the owner would not compensate us. l asked to speak to the owner and he said that's not possible. I asked for the owners contact info at which point he said I could not have it but the owner would call me sometime tomorrow and what time worked for me. I told the manager "Now is a good time, since you're speaking to him get him get him to call me". Again not possible. If you choose to dine here please so with EXTREME caution!

Excellent meal and service! Had the Negroni cocktail during Happy Hour, enjoyed the avocado and whipped feta appetizer, burger and blackened chicken pasta! The server was so sweet when she heard it was my birthday and brought out a complimentary chocolate cookie/I cream dessert with a sparkler! She even sang happy birthday!

Food was super tasty. Was happy with all the options, especially as a plant based girlie. We sat bar side, bartender was our server, she was lovely.

The poor wait staff had to contend with an enormous group and that made our meal delayed and the main course cold & awful. I have never had such a bad experience at Milestones. I hope it is an "one of"!!

Terrific food and great daily specials. Food was tasty and fast. Maybe a little too much noise for an evening dinner but other than that very good.

My husband and I have been to Milestones for so many times but we both like their food and services especially my husband love their Meatloaf n sweet n spicy chicken bites but this time he was very disappointed that meatloaf was taken out from their menu,he complained to the manager about his disappointment,the manager said he will reflect customer wishes to the head office but I still hope OpenTable will mention it too .

Good food and service. Staff are very friendly. We like that they serve our appetizer first then our dinner after. That’s about 15 to 20 minutes in between. You don’t feel rush

Our server was absolutely fabulous. I have a good allergy and she was very helpful in finding me something I could eat along with a big smile. I only wish there was just one dressing available with no garlic. However my salmon was delicious with just lemon and the bowl and hamburger my friends had were also good. Our table was ready when we arrived and although it was too cool to eat outside I do like their patio a lot.
