My husband and I have been to Milestones for so many times but we both like their food and services especially my husband love their Meatloaf n sweet n spicy chicken bites but this time he was very disappointed that meatloaf was taken out from their menu,he complained to the manager about his disappointment,the manager said he will reflect customer wishes to the head office but I still hope OpenTable will mention it too .

Good food and service. Staff are very friendly. We like that they serve our appetizer first then our dinner after. That’s about 15 to 20 minutes in between. You don’t feel rush

Our server was absolutely fabulous. I have a good allergy and she was very helpful in finding me something I could eat along with a big smile. I only wish there was just one dressing available with no garlic. However my salmon was delicious with just lemon and the bowl and hamburger my friends had were also good. Our table was ready when we arrived and although it was too cool to eat outside I do like their patio a lot.

Very good happy hour menu, however our drinks arrived after the main course got delivered to the table, and the gravy and fries were lukewarm but the server was nice

Service was slow, took a long time to get our main dishes, food wasn't hot, the pepper shaker was not working, we couldn't find our waitress, so we went to another table and changed pepper grinders. The pasta was sticky, probably needed more sauce. After tip, $120.....it just ain't worth it. I'd rather BBQ at home.

The Sunday brunch is very good. Pedrum, our server, was very friendly and attentive. We always have good service at this location. Please give the staff a thumbs up! 👍 My only suggestion would be that you get your automatic door openers working to make it easier for guests using mobility devices. Thank you!

I ordered the rose sangria & it was not good at all. I was so disappointed. The beet & goat cheese salad lacked taste & my husband’s steak left a lot to be desired. It’s so disappointing to go out & pay for dinner & feel unsatisfied & feeling like it was a mistake.

I Reserved a table for 5 in the bar to celebrate à special birthday, and a table in the bar was not held for us. We were very disappointed that the Manager said that we could not sit in the bar as there were no tables, however he said a table had just walked in. And also Blaming me that they got the request late from Open Table is not acceptable . We reluctantly moved to the dining room. The Host and our server were so kind and understanding (excellent service by both of them- kudos to them for making our evening better!) and kept checking in with us and then advised they could move us mid way through our apps. They also continued to check in with us throughout our dinner. I have not experienced this before at other restaurants if requests could not be accommodated, then I would have been told in advance. We were just so annoyed by the response by the Manager and how special requests if not fulfilled could not be communicated ahead of time. We prefer the vibe in the bar and wanted to also have the ability to have watch the game. Jennifer
