Initial impression wasn't very poor. Host tried to sit us in bar section in a cramped small space even though we had a reservation. When I asked to sit us in the dining section she told me that they didn't have space and didn't know how long it would be until they had space... Which was all a lie because 2 mins later she sat us in the dining section where we could see there were at least 5 other tables empty or in need of bussing and could easily accommodate us... I don't understand why I was given such poor service, especially after having a reservation. It was our anniversary and made us never want to come back... Fortunately our server was nice, but when it came time to order they said they ran out of the Rib Steak... at 7:30pm on a Saturday night? That seemed crazy to me. Overall not a great experience and we will likely never come back.

We enjoyed our meal. One person in our group had dietary restrictions. He ordered a dish that had rice and vegetables. He can't eat rice so he asked if they could replace the rice with more veggies. Seems like a pretty easy request but they said they couldn't give him more veggies (assumingly because veggies are more expensive than rice. Adding a few more veggies would likely have cost them a dollar more, if that, but they didn't seem too willing to do it). After much discussion, in the end, they did replace the rice with some vegetables but it seemed like it wasn't something they were interested in doing for us.

Food took too long to serve, it was cold, ridiculous portions, overcharged for something I didn't order and they acknowledged and took it off my bill. Overall bad experience and never ever going back here again!

First time at this location since moving to Newmarket. Staff were very friendly, but it seemed like there wasnt enough for how busy it was. We waited almost 25 minutes for our entree's, and almost another 20 just to pay for the bill. Appetizers were luke warm sadly.

My childhood friend and I met half way from our homes for dinner. Milestones met the requirement. Besides the great company and amazing food, the best part of the evening was our waiter Dima. He was professional, charming and hilarious! He made our evening. Thank you Dima!

Meal and service were great. I posted on the reservation and told the hostess that we were celebrating a birthday and it was not acknowledged. Quite disappointing way to celebrate a birthday.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice atmosphere, appetiser portions were a little small and tasted really good. Steak, sweet chilli chicken were super delicious. Pasta sauce wasn’t as good as we thought, escalopes and shrimps were tiny, that’s why I gave the food 4 out of 5.
