Food and server (Mark) was great! Highly recommend! We had a booth which was nice but it was still a bit noisy.
Chicken/goat cheese dish was excellent.
Buffalo Cauliflower tasty.
Service was pleasant and fairly prompt.
We were seated in the lower level. My friends chair kept getting bumped and the servers elbow hit her head when trying to get by. She apologized.
Maisie S is a delightful waitress, she was great.
Everything was great other than I had a hair in my drink. I was still charged for the drink.
Excellent food, good service, reasonably quiet. You don't have to shout to make yourself heard.
Made the reservation for three ladies. Waitress was excellent (in training) and very efficient, helpful and quick. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the wine and good conversation. We were given the bill but told not to rush. Overall a very pleasant evening. Thank you Milestones for being our go-to restaurant in the area.
1. Much too noisy for a dinner occasion. Asked to have the music turned down. Manager lowered it. People had been yelling at tables to be heard and then it got much better.
2. 7 pm reservation on a Saturday evening and already out of prime rib with 3 sizes offered on the menu.
3. My wife and I both ordered the New Roma Chicken Parmesan ( since no prime rib available) and online the description was " 2 crispy chicken breasts... served on a basil pesto and roasted garlic cream spaghettini with seasonal vegetables." There was no creamy sauce on the spaghettini and I would describe it as air fluff and tasteless pasta. I asked for some sauce and again the Manager cooperated and delivered 2 small tourines that gave the basil pesto sauce experience so needed for this dish. Did they miss this while plating?
4. The meal also promises "seasonal vegetables" but none were present.
5. Chicken was very good.
6. Our waiter was very good.
7. Complimentary dessert for our 46th anniversary was appreciated.
8. Too many good restaurants around to return to this one. The Keg is far better and consistent quality.
Was my first visit and excellent choice. I will definitely be back 😊👍
Was decent, unfortunately felt like they forgot about us in the way back of the patio :(
Family in town
Service was amazing! Hostess was great. Server was amazing. To the time we were seated, to getting drinks, food, dessert and the bill was seamless. The staff is very energetic and the vibe is really nice. Huge party just a family get together. It was nice. Only issue was the bathroom for me (I walk with the 2 canes) floor was a bit slippery but that’s just because the faucets are on one side and paper towels are on the opposite side. But literally zero complaints, tons of parking and patio options. Good food variety. Highly recommend.
Early Brunch was excellent, service matched the food (loved the breakfast Taco)
Very noisy unfortunately - everything else was good from service to food
Love the chicken dish on the new Cantinas menu
The restaurant has gone down. We use to eat there several time a week, now once or twice a month. The menus and quality has gone way down???
The drinks no flavour! All watered way down with lots of ice to make up the ingredient.
Sad and unhappy....
Dinner outside on the revamped patio was great, the fact that the patio is now covered meant we could enjoy a meal outside as the skies opened and it rained.
Service was outstanding and food was good.
Overall a great experience
Omar, our waiter was great. We didn’t like our appetizer - we like to try something new and they had cauliflower bites but the harissa wasn’t pleasant-tasting and it didn’t match with the mint sauce. We got our usual favourite- Asian Chicken Bites which were good - quantity was a little small, though. My prime rib sandwich was cold - like cold to the touch and the fries were warm and hard. My husband’s burger was fine but his fries were just warm and tough as well. Our waiter was so apologetic and immediately took it and was coming back with a replacement. The manager came over and said that sometimes while they’re walking over it can get tough....are you kidding me? I said then how did it get stone cold on the inside? And the fries? Really? He said they’d comp my meal just walked away. We drove from Oakville to try this location (not a fan of the one close to us) and now I’m watching my husband eat his burger, then he watched me eat my sandwich! The reason why we go out to eat at a restaurant is to eat together! Omar offered a dessert on him but we declined - he insisted so we took to go. It’s really difficult to find a restaurant that ticks all the boxes. Not sure why - a prime rib sandwich is just sliced beef on a bun with fries - how the heck could the cooks let it go out cold? Fries? Geez - it’s fries!!!! They were warm when they should be steaming hot!
New patio is nice but sofas are uncomfortable and tables too large for a group of 4 to share a meal with. Perhaps have some regular tables there rather than just high tops and big sofas.
Very disappointed that your Bellini machine was not working that night as that was the main reason we chose your restaurant. Had I known that before we got there, I would have gone elsewhere.
Pasta over cooked. Lacking flavour. Tai noodle bowl.
Beautiful patio, great place to go and have a nice dinner
This location is very noisy- the lower /upper levels are not effective for quiet conversation
Great quality food, Great value. Little too noisy at times though.
Milestones used to be our go to restaurant but no longer for they keep removing our favourite dishes from the menu
Had a lovely birthday celebration with my kids. The food was delicious and the service was superb!
We had reserved and indicated it was a Birthday function as prompted by Open Table, but there was nothing accommodated by Milestones. Why ask the question as part of the reservation
Steak was raw and 95% fat. Server was amazing and service was great but food was very disappointing, would still recommend due to ambience and service.
Great server, engaging and attentive. Yummy food too.
Bunch of girls together for Girls night out. Amazing value. Fantastic service great food. Unfortunately there was another group of ladies there that were very loud. We had to leave we couldn’t hear each other talk
We met friends for Sunday Brunch.
The special including a mimosa, fruit cup and choice of Eggs Benedict was wonderful. My companions ordered the breakfast tacos which they enjoyed. The portions were generous and the food was hot.
Service was so so, not to mention the Belini machine was down on a Saturday evening ??? Food was very good though. For a Saturday evening servers seemed they should be working a lunch shift rather than a diner shift.
Great atmosphere and service! The cocktails are delicious and the food tasty! We come here every couple months for a girls' get together.
Took 15 minutes to get a drink.....the appetizer came before the drinks.
Waitress forgot to bring my left overs.
Will not be returning
We went for lunch with the family for Easter. Everyone's food we good. Milestone accommodated several food allergies: Gluten, Soy and Garlic.
I would recommend Milestones to others.
Our waiter was prompt and attentive. The food was tasty and timely. The Mediterranean chicken dish was excellent. We will definitely return.
The prime rib was suburb. The vegetables were a bit scarce, and the options of side dishes was somewhat limited.
Dinner was very disappointing. The 8 oz top sirloin was definitely not 8oz. It was smaller than a 6oz filet offered at the Keg. It was this little lump on my plate. I asked for double veggies and received a small serving of green beans. See the picture attached - I had not taken a bite and put my fork beside the steak so you can see the size. This dish was not worth even half of the $27 I paid. When the hostess delivered the steak I was really surprised and quickly said - "wow that's the smallest steak I have ever seen!" She basically ignored me and walked away. I also pointed it out to the waitress who told me that the sirloins were typically all that size. All I can say is shame on Milestones!
It is one of my favourite places to eat with friends - servers always so friendly and helpful
The waitress was fantastic... can't remember her name. It was Mon March 5th around 4:30pm.
We all ordered the raosted beet and goat cheese salad and it was absolutely scrumptious!!! Best I've ever had.
food was cold and we were missing the bacon on a sandwich. so they brought the bacon to the table on a side plate. service was slow
