   Though I study the menu and attempt to order something different, my go to is the butternut squash pasta...delicious!

   It took at least 10 minutes for a server to show up at our table. In addition to the hour long wait for our food, the menu for the Seafood Cobb Salad included bay scallops, but they were not evident. Upon inquiry I was told that they were chopped up with the lobster - really? Also the hard boiled egg never showed up in the salad. Last time we were at Milestones it was very good. I will not go back again.

   Mother’s Day Disaster! We had high hopes for this restaurant, having made a reservation three weeks in advance to ensure everything would be seamless for our special occasion. Unfortunately, what we experienced was the exact opposite of hospitality. When we were finally seated, it felt like an afterthought. Despite there being plenty of empty tables we were placed at a table right in front of the door, where there was foot traffic and blasts of cold air whenever someone entered or left. It was impossible to relax or enjoy our meal with such a poor seating arrangement. When we politely pointed this out, the manager responded with a dismissive tone, stating that those tables were "for other people “as if our reservation meant nothing. This wasn’t just bad service—it was outright unwelcoming. A restaurant that treats its guests this way doesn’t deserve repeat business.

   We’ve always enjoyed our time at this restaurant location. In fact we live closer to the Milestones on Brant but have enjoyed the service better at the Burloak location. Yesterday we were sadly disappointed with everything. The restaurant seemed understaffed and the servers were busy and it felt like they were stressed. The appetizer took forever to come and we just didn’t feel like staying for dinner.

    Food is good. I would like to see them expanding their selection of wine, and most importantly at least have the wine bottles available that are on the menu. Many were not available at the restaurant Especially, if they have withdrawn serving Californian wines in Ontario, they should at least keep a good variety of alternatives in their inventory.
