The tasting room was clearly understaffed and I’m OK with not being checked on frequently, but this went a bit beyond. The server didn’t know anything about the new wines and at the end, was a bit short with me and said my release (due to Husky Club membership) was not ready. She left our table immediately after without even asking if we wanted to buy any bottles. I noticed the staff treated some patrons (clearly regulars) MUCH nicer and warm than others. Seriously considering cancelling this membership and going to one of the many other wineries with tasting rooms in Woodinville. I should note that I’ve been to the Prosser location and have had a completely different experience. Felt very welcome and staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We signed up for a Milbrandt tasting but were automatically served Ryan Patrick. Our table was away from everyone else but with no heat, so it was cold, and we were left to pour our own tastings from a tiny shared carafe. All other guests received Milbrandt wine, water, and heat and seemed a part of the tasting room experience. All in all, we felt like the red headed stepchildren. It was a very, very disappointing experience.

There was some confusion, as the woman that was serving us, asked which wine tasting flight I wanted, but did not ask my husband which he wanted and his wine tastes are very different than mine. She brought out my requested flight and the same for him, so we had to go to the counter and ask for him to receive the tasting flight he preferred.

I’ve been a Milbrandt Wine Club member for years but had never been to the Woodinville tasting room. This Coure Rose fundraiser for Alzheimers Research was a perfect opportunity to go check out the tasting room and help a good cause. Great experience ! The event was upbeat and well done. I would especially like to thank my waitress Michelle who provided excellent “pampering” and was just super ! I’ll be back !!!

The croissants and truffles paired with our wines were very good. I think of croissants as being a breakfast item though, so might have preferred just slices of baguette with cheese and/or charcuterie on the side.

My friend and I came here for a tasting on a Sunday afternoon. We were running a little late so I called and they were very accommodating. It was a nice, sunny afternoon so we sat outside on the patio. Our server, Kim, was fabulous. She was knowledge about the wines, and came back to check on us several times to see how we were doing. Overall a lovely experience!

We have always had a great experience at Milbrandt! They make us feel very welcome and we love all their wines! Prior to this tasting we had just had a terrible experience at another winery. When we got to Milbrandt our outlook totally changed. As always, it was an awesome experience! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere lively, and the wines tasty! We are so glad we are wine club members here.

The staff accused us being drunk when we hadn’t been drinking. When we asked what gave them that assumption they couldn’t give us an answer. Forced us to buy food when we had just ate in order to serve us. We obliged because we wanted to try their wines only to be disappointed by the quality and service.
