I booked this not knowing much about the restaurant. We arrived at 6.30 & only 1 other couple there initially so I was a little unsure. The menu was great and all 4 of us were very happy with our choices. The lamb chops were meatier than I have ever seen. I had chicken biryani (not my usual choice) and I would say it’s the best I’ve ever had. Service was good and by the time we left, the restaurant was busy. I would recommend this place to everyone, (have done all week) and will definitely be returning.
Service was fantastic. Friendly, always a waiter available and very prompt service. Meal was outstanding, 10/10.
We have visited this restaurant several times. It never disappoints. The food is fresh and more varied than many Indian restaurants. The service is impeccable - discrete and helpful.
We had a large group of people (16) and the service was very good. Food excellent. All the group was very impressed at value for money and quality.
This restaurant is characterised by two features. Firstly, the service is impeccable - unobtrusive, genuine and courteous. Secondly, the menu has many of the standard favourites but also contains a number of unusual, interesting creations.
Although a little out of the way, it is a hidden gem worthy of greater recognition. I will certainly return.

Just found the murgh malai tikka not very tender and the cod amritsari was outstanding. The dal makhani was a bit salty.
The staff at Milan are very polite, courteous and ooze charm.
They were all accommodating as we were a large party.
Food was beautiful and no delays.

Another brilliant evening dining at Milan. It is without doubt the best curry house in the whole of Birmingham (believe me, I've tried them all!). Friends came all the way from Northampton to join us (the second time they have done this because the food is so good). Top service and the best Saag Paneer I have ever eaten anywhere in the world. Well done Milan.
I booked a large work party of 16 in for dinner mid week. I didn’t really find the quality of the food that high and did feel it was expensive for what it was. The toilet facilities weren’t that great either. Not a bad experience but could be improved.
12 of us met here for a curry for my stag do. Service was excellent and attentive and the set menu was great for a group, we were going on to the jam house from here so location was perfect.
It was ok. My friend loves this restaurant. But for me there isn't a huge selection and I've had better.

Just visiting Birmingham. Every time we come to visit our children at the University come to this place for an authentic Indian meal. Good food with smiling service from all the staffs and attention to details. North Indian dishes are the best and this time we indulge ourselves into Indian street food. Excellent**
Milan has a lovely cuisine that does not bloat like other "brand" name Indian restaurants.
The food is well made and has an authentic Indian feel. It has a good variety, but not so extensive as to make you undecided about what to order...
The location is easy to reach in the city and close to other well known Indian restaurants.
The service was very good and friendly.

Vegetarian festival - great for me (veggie) and my three non-veggie friends who all loved it. Class.
The food was, as always, fantastic especially the vegetarian dishes. My colleague had a Chicken TM which was to my taste sweet and bland. Sag paneer and jalfrezi vegetables and dhal all excellent.
Service was a bit pushy, we were asked 4 times if we were ready to order when we were all still clearly engrossed in a conversation.

I was visiting the area to attend a concert and wanted a restaurant close to my hotel as I was eating alone.
I found Milan via opentable app and booked a table through the app too.
On arrival, I was warmly welcomed and shown to a table. The server was very polite and engaged me in casual conversation and when I told him it was my birthday, he presented me with a bottle of Prosecco as a gift!
The food was delicious and cooked perfectly and the service was outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

A good evening. Initially cool by the entrance, staff moved us and the evening went very well. Staff were attentive and the food was tasty. Intend to book again. in fact will do it now for a special occasion next December. Hope you can cater for an early booking.
Relaxed atmosphere. Waiters attentive but not annoying. My dish (lamb rogan josh) was a little too salty but the lamb was lovely and tender. Dishes are pricier than other places but you are in the city centre .
The service was second to none and the good wad delicious. Will definitely be back.
We booked a table for our work Christmas meal last Friday. We arrived at about 8pm and were sat down fairly quickly. Our starters did not arrive until 9pm, and our mains didn't turn up until 10:15pm. By the time we were finally done eating, it was almost 11pm and we were keen to get going quickly as some of us had to rush off to catch the last train home - but then it took another 15 minutes just to get the bill! I understand that Christmas periods can be busy and there were other large groups in the restaurant, but we ended up spending most of the evening looking at our watches, and the staff did not seem to care that we'd been waiting so long. We would not come again.
