   My partner enthusiastically recommended this restaurant on the basis of past reviews and the fact that I like European and she likes Indian food and it was advertised as 'fusion'. The evening didn't quite turn out like this and she has since read that the previous chef has left. I don't like spicy food, she does. There was little choice on the menu. The wine starts at £30, 40 a bottle. It was Saturday night and by the time we left we were the only diners in the place. I can't see how this will survive. I notced beforehand that they had Rebellion beer on tap and had planned to drink that. I was told they didn't have any and they had Timothy Landlord instead which is not my favourite. Disappointing experience old round. A waste of £80.

   Fabulous restaurant and food. Very different to the normal “Indian “ meal out. It was a Thursday so it was Curry Night. Will definitely visit again to try out the main menu. It was my husband’s birthday so to finish the meal they presented a lovely plate of cookies with a candle and Happy Birthday message in chocolate! Expensive meal but worth it for the different menu and choice.

   Both the food and the service were excellent. We appreciated being told a little bit about the dishes we had ordered.

   Great food, very well presented and some novel flavour combinations. Excellent service. Not the cheapest but definitely worth a try.

   Milaanj at the Beehive delivers exactly what it it say it will - esentially British cuisine with an Indian twist. So a delightful scotch egg was hugely enlivened by a delicate and delicious curry sauce. The slow cooked and cleverly spiced lamb shank was superb, and I could go on. Suffice to say the service was excellent and not intrusive and all of our party enjoyed a superb lunch. You should go! (Disclaimer - I am not in any way connected with Molaanj at The Beehive or anyone who works there, this is a completley genuine and unbiased reiew.)

   I had a great lunch experience at [Restaurant Name]. The food was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, and the mocktails were so refreshing — perfect for a midday treat. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to coming back!
