   Wanted to love it! But our server was training and it adversely affected our service. We felt forgotten and had to flag him down to order our second and third round of drinks, to get more appetizers and condiments. He forgot our edamame completely, and after asking questions about our after dinner coffee preference, got the order incorrect. We understand mistakes can be made but for a dinner tab of $465 for three, we expect impeccable and attentive service … 💔

   The food was very salty, but our waitress was very kind and understanding. We try to go to the lounge after, and I was told that I could not enter due to the fact that I was wearing sneakers because of my broken toe, and the doorman was very unpleasant. It was not even considering the fact that I was a little bit injured and couldn’t be in heels.

   Misogynistic dress code policies. The policies didn’t affect our attire, but a woman wearing a beautiful translucent/sheer in areas, but tasteful designer gown was told she wasn’t allowed in on account of her gown being overly sexy/revealing by the bouncer wearing scuffed outdated shoes, an ill fitting poorly tailored, polyester jacket

    Beautiful restaurant with great service. The waitress was attentive came by to check on our table often and The food was yummy. Went on a Wednesday where they have live karaoke which definitely added to the colorful vibe. Highly recommend this restaurant while in Miami

    We had a reservation at 9:30 they gave us table at 10:15 after negotiating with manager and host in front of door. None of them care about our time. It was my wedding anniversary and they messed up my night. They are not organized for anything. I’m not recommending to anyone. You just go there get a drink but it’s a worst place for dinner or have a special night.

    Waited 50 mins for a table after making a reservation in advance. Paul our waiter was great, food was enjoyable, a bit noisy, I was seated near the kitchen and could feel the heat on my back. Drink were just ok, a lot of ice, not much alcohol. I would visit again but only for non special occasions where I have the time to wait. Maybe the experience may be better

    Beautiful restaurant. Very, very busy. Seems they may have over extended reservations even though they’re quite strict because we had to wait about 30 minutes to actually be seated. Both bars were completely packed. Incredible service though and amazing food!

    Food was excellent other than the oysters which were tiny and overpowered by the vinaigrette so do not recommend those. The bar area outdoors was fun as well. It's a bit of a show destination so set your expectations.. and your budget... accordingly.

    My girlfriend and I visited the restaurant on March 8th, and it was quite crowded. Even though we arrived just five minutes before our reservation time, we still had to wait 40 minutes at the bar. However, this wasn't a big issue for us, as the cocktails were super fresh and delicious! The noise level was a bit high, but it improved after 10:30 pm. For men, I highly recommend trying the "Smoky and Mirrors" experience. If you're a fan of old-fashioned cocktails like me, you'll love it. They use a unique whisky base that is exclusively available to Mila customers. For women, I suggest bringing a jacket as it can get quite cold under the air conditioning. If you forget your jacket, you can always ask for a blanket, but it's less fancy. Overall, despite the wait and noise, we had a great experience at the restaurant and would recommend it to others.

    I’ve been a Mila lover since they opened. I’ve been here at least 10 times. Last evening we had a 7:30 reservation and were promptly there before then. We did not get seated until 8:43. Served was rude to me as I did the ordering for the table. I will be returning, but unfortunately it will take some time to get this less than ideal experience out of my mouth. The food however is still phenomenal and comes out very quickly.

    We showed up 18 minutes past our reservation time due to traffic and a long wait at the reception. When asked about our table, we needed to wait and they were not willing to accommodate. As a result, we could only hang around the bar and dine there. It was upsetting to see how unwilling and inflexible MILA was with our reservation.

    Birthday treat! Much better brunch then when we went last October - format has changed so there are stations around the restaurant with food - as opposed to the server bringing us the hot selection. The food was absolutely delicious as was the drink! Our server was fab! The only complaint was that the air conditioning was on full blast so was very cold! Look forward to returning again soon.

    Ryan the floor manager was fabulous Front door and host team, great again Servers? Awful. English limited. Rude. No cutlery provided. Waited 30mins for drink orders at a time ( cocktails not wine ) Had to get up three different times: request the bill, request the machine etc. ) We literally closed the restaurant down ( unintentionally ) because we couldn’t locate our server to pay the bill. Top it off there were additional drinks on our bill from another group, which I paid just to get out of there and not have to deal with them further. Real disappointment - beautiful venue. Ownership and Chef deserve better FOH staff
