Service and food was really good. If you are price-senstive, please avoid to go
Enjoyed a nice lunch celebrating my birthday. The restaurant accommodated vegetarian request for my guest. Great food, great service.
They had better seats available than the ones we got.
Service was very rude. We asked our waitress is there was anything off the menu and she just said no. Then I have to ask if they have bluefin tuna, uni etc... So we could get it.
There was a hair in one of our cocktails and she just replaced it without saying much.
When the food came, there was no explanation of any sort. Plates were dropped and she left right away.
Oysters and uni were very fishy. We had to drown them in sauce to be able to eat it.
Very bad experience overall when we are used to a better one at Miku. This is the last time we would step foot into.
A nice treat for us. Food was fresh and delicious
Great food and service. Went there to celebrate my son's 16th birthday as nice touch to prepare a chocolate writing on his dessert of Happy Birthday.
One of the best sushi restaurant I have ever been! We ordered at Miku the first night we arrive in Vancouver and we loved it so much we went the day after. The aburi oshi were really delicious to discover. If you’ve never taste this before, you really need to.
Service was really good I could tell waitress cared. Cost was priced accordingly, food was good but I found hair in a dish. Food looked artistic but the only thing that stood out taste wise was the oishi sampler. Ambiance was nice but was promised window seat didn’t get one.
Good food and very nice presentation
It was good, 10/10
It's great for a fine dining experience but if you're on a budget and want to be full, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, I would definitely come again for the experience and knowing what delicious sushi/seafood tastes like. Their service is awesome. My suggestion is to eat prior and you'll have a fulfilling meal at the end of the day.
We felt so comfortable and relaxed . Our server was top notch and really made us feel relaxed . I don’t recall her name but she was fantastic we tipped 25%
The steak was so amazingly good!! I would say order some fish and definitely the steak! Loved all the food. Good quality as always
We received incredible service and the food was incredible!
I took my bf here for his birthday and ordered the ebi fritters and the waterfront kaiseki and sashimi platters for two.
Totally enough for two. (Fyi, we had two pints of beer too)
Service was really attentive really quick. Also, a greeting from everyone was making us feel welcomed 😍😍 thank you!
Food was amazing & very unique!! (Tbh Sablefish was a bit salty for me)
MOST OF ALL, THE GREEN OPERA dessert was super tasty. My bf and I were SO impressed by the dessert! That was the best tbh.
Thank you for the service and food today! Was really awesome :))
+ also plates and bowls are so pretty ☺️
Just want to have a nice dinner to expels all bad happenings in 2020! It was a very comfortable evening!
Excellent service and food! Highly recommend. New favourite place to go
Nothing. Everything was just perfect. Thanks for the awesome food. We enjoyed your food very much.
Exceptional service, food, atmosphere, a beautiful view, respectful place. Ever since we ate at Miku years ago we only eat our sushi 🍣 here because it is fresh and experience is really nice.
Everything was excellent. We really appreciated that they were able to accommodate us and present plenty of vegan options while we dined with non-vegans.
Miku is the best sushi restaurant in Vancouver. The service is impeccable, food is elegantly presented and delicious. Highly recommend.
Our family had the nicest evening. On point in every way.
very disappointed this time....
I was here 2019. It was super...
It was my first time visiting Miku, and Lenny was our server. He made the evening very comfortable and provided excellent service to me. He gave good menu recommendations and checked in with us at a reasonable time frame every so often. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
waitress Charlotte is super impatient ... we barely have any problems or fuss about anything but not sure why she acts like that... the front desk person won’t allow us to sit beside the window even though it’s all empty...
Amazing customer service. Really good food. And the ambiance is very sophisticated.
Utensils was missing for few mins after food was served
We enjoyed our Christmas Eve kaiseiki at Miku very much. We appreciate the Miku staff taking great care of us.
Outstanding selections, exceptionally aesthetic presentations, fabulous service - Miku has it all! We were thrilled for our Christmas Eve romantic dinner to order the Holiday tasting menu, absolutely amazing - every course included rare and delicious new finds, our server Christine was attentive, kind and happily shared her encyclopaedic knowledge of the provenance, preparation and species featured. We were thrilled and will definitely be back again!
Birthday for husband and the food, presentation and service was wonderful!

absolutely fabulous experience i ever had with my brother. first time trying this place and we will def come back and visit again! our server was totally attentive, good job jj! thumbs up to that gentleman
Evertything was perfect and it’s the best japanese restaurant in Vancouver
The service was great.
The holiday tasting menu leaves a lot to be desired. For 150 I was expecting to be wowed. Instead I came home and ate cereal because the meal wasn’t any good. The time in between courses was also too long. We were left at the table wondering when the next course would arrive. It took 2 hrs for all the courses, and that’s after our waitress sped things up for us. She was great. Everything else was just meh.
Had an amazing anniversary dinner there. The sushi options there are not like any other place in Vancouver. I’m so glad to have tried out this restaurant and will definitely comeback again!
Service and food was 10/10
They went out of their way to make our night special
Great. Although it is a bit pricey, but it worth it.
The first time we had Miku, we immediately loved it – it became our annual (birthday) tradition. It's our 3rd time dining in at Miku, and as usual the place especially the food has always been amazing and over the top! On to the next year!
Food quality was a big let down. I expected the best for the price. Spicy edamame was the highlight for us.. all downhill from there
The service is great. Foodwise, the Aburi is amazing. However, I would say that charging $30 per person for the sashimi is not worth it. There is enough for exactly one piece per person and the size of each piece is meagre.
Great service, good food. Vincent was a fantastic waiter and even picked out our entire meal course by course. I've been to Miku a number of times, but this was the best one yet.
