The Mikado Restaurant was great. Decor and ambiance was pleasing. The chef that prepared our food put on a good show and was entertaining The food was delicious.

Me encantó la comida y sobre todo el servicio, Antonio nos atendió excelentemente estuvo al pendiente de nosotros y me dio sugerencias para mi platillo que estuvo delicioso. Estuve celebrando mi aniversario de boda y fue una experiencia maravillosa, gracias.

I ordered Teppanyaki Shrimp with Rice and Vegetables and the Flamingo Cocktail and the Food was so delicious. Our Waiter Edgar went above and beyond to provide excellent Service. This was our favorite Restaurant during our Trip to Puerto Vallarta 🇵🇷 Great Job!

Muy agradable cena con la atención de Gerardo y nuestro cocinero Israel. Muy buen entretenimiento aunque el restaurante no contaba con música de fondo y pues se llega a escuchar la charla de las otras mesas de tepanyaki Muy amables le trajeron un pastelito con vela al festejado

El mesero nada agradable, cuando se le preguntó algo del menú solo contestó que lo volviéramos a leer. Los chefs de plancha muy buenos!

Worst possible service, started with the impolite hostess and continued through a complete lack of attention by the throng of servers. 25 minutes before a drink order was offered, another 30 after dinner was finished before we finally go up and asked to pay and leave following no desert or after dinner drinks order was offered. Amazing work by Chef Max at the table while the rest of the staff seemed genuinely uninterested in offering service commensurate with their prices.
