   Para estar en la guía Michelin, y tomando como base establecimientos como Pujol y el Celler de Can Roca, migrante, queda deber muchísimo. Los platillos son perfectamente en plata, enlatados y presentados de manera muy precisa, sin embargo, los sabores son los que quedan a deber Tanto la ensalada de cangrejo azul, como la pesca asada, no pudieron esconder el sabor ha descongelado. El tortellini estaba bien, pero también qudeó a deber. El postre fue el único que estuvo al nivel de la pretensión del restaurante . El lugar es muy bonito yla atención es muy buena, pero no dejan de abusar, clavándote botellas de agua, cuando se solicitó agua de filtro, que por ley, los restaurantes tienen que ofrecer a sus comensales. Todo esto se lo iba a platicar ayer al chef, pero cuando pregunté por él ya se había ido .

   La comida y el servicio muy buenos, los langostinos espectaculares. El diseño del restaurante se siente bien aunque algo inhóspito y oscuro en la parte de atrás.

   The service here was outstanding and the food was stunning— incredibly presentation. We had an awesome table, direct view to the kitchen where they were doing the plating (it was mesmerizing to watch). Waiters were so attentive and helpful. The food was so cool— it’s a lot of food so definitely arrive starving! Highly recommend.

   Todos los platillos deliciosos, muy bien integrados los ingredientes, sabores muy auténticos y platillos muy bien elaborados. El sándwich de alcachofa buenísimo, la ensalada de cangrejo azul, espectacular

   Unfortunately this was a very bad experience, after mentioning my egg allergy, I don’t think you realized that mayo is egg & I tasted mayo in many dishes. I got very ill from this dining experience. At this tier of a restaurant I would expect you would be able to accommodate a common allergy.

    Visiting from Oakland and Seattle, we found this meal outstanding in taste, experience and value. 2 of us ordered the 6-course tasting menu, the other 2 off the menu. All were served a delicious broth to begin, and dessert was added to those who didn't order it. Each dish was outstanding in flavor and appearance, and the service was impeccable. The chef came out and spoke with us at the end. Wonderful experience. We will definitely return on our next visit!
