Mignonette is Miami's favorite Oyster Bar -- brought to you by Chef Daniel Serfer and Ryan Roman. Named one of the 50 Best Seafood Restaurants in the Country [by Tasting Table], Mignonette features superior selections of Oysters (flown in daily), Seafood, Prime Meats and Veggies. Chef Daniel Serfer, a Miami native, opened his first restaurant, Blue Collar, in January 2012. Frequented by locals and visitors alike, Blue Collar offers American comfort food in a casual setting. Drawing on the success of Blue Collar, Mignonette provides a fun environment where patrons can enjoy a dozen oysters, a bottle of champagne, classic seafood preparations like Oysters Rockefeller and Clams Casino, and a Fancy shellfish tower. Seafood fresh and well prepared as always. Vegetables great. Oysters were excellent. The service very attentive as always. Finished off with the toffee bread pudding.

Outstanding seafood and fish quality and unique presentations. Nice varied wine list at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend and look forward to dining here the next time I’m in Miami.

Enjoyed on a quiet night so service was wonderful. Oysters were excellent. had to order more as they were, clean and overall perfect. My scallops were fresh as were the veggies that accompanied my entree.

The food was marvelous! Our waiter, Ray, was attentive and provided great recommendations. We enjoyed the deviled eggs with caviar, pork belly, and red fish. They were all equally delicious.

Best corn bread ever with 2 types of butter and fruit jam! I had seafood gumbo, very good, my companion had salad and oysters Rockefeller. Low key enjoyable spot. Bread pudding for dessert!

It was incredible. Very good service, the waiter was always attentive to what we needed and aware of what I couldn't eat due to my allergies. I had another alternative despite the house specialty and I loved it. It's a little box of surprises, when you enter you are surprised.
