  A unique cheese, made from the Milk of Merino Sheep, the milk of 20 sheep is required to make 1 wheel of Cheese. Served room temperature so that the interior becomes soft, smooth and creamy. The "Lid" is cut off so that the cheese can be scooped out - dressed with Honey, serves around 6 people as a generous portion of cheese each

  We buy our meat from an independent Spanish Farmer in Galicia, north West Spain. The breed is "Rubia Gallega" or Galician Blond, an animal which is matured longer than other beef cattle and then aged before cooking resulting in a powerful flavour and rich Meat. The Chuleton is a 1kg Steak cooked on the bone and due to its thickness cannot be cooked past Medium-Rare, we consider that Rare is best. Serves 2 hungry people as a main course or more if shared as a Tapa
