   Overall awful. No one came and served us drinks or asked us how our meal was. Had to use steak knives for Sunday dinner Camembert was hard Food was below average for the price we paid

   Quite disappointed. 6 of us for 3 courses and drinks. We were situated upstairs and feels like we were forgotten about. Took 15 minutes to be able to place a drinks order. We ordered 2 bottles of wine straight away and had a table with the empty bottles and dirty glasses which I ended up moving as our last couple arrived to it on their table. I ordered ribs and wings to be told the menu was printed in error and it is either ribs or wings. I asked how many wings and was told 7 or 8. I got 6 and the my were tiny. The 3 t bones were not great. Meat didn’t taste as good as previously when we’ve dined with you. The ladies sirloins were much better. Crème brûlée wasn’t cooked as the top was soft. At no point did any one check if the food was ok so we just ate. Really slow getting drinks orders due to not being asked. We were asked if we wanted more towards the end of our night and asked if they could bring the bill as the waitress was finishing. This isn’t great service. The bill came with a 10% service charge automatically added. I didn’t pay this as the service wasn’t good. Think next time I’ll go miller and carter.

   Everything was perfect except we were freezing cold as we were quite close to the door!

   Bottomless brunch - we had two hours to make the most of drinks but when the service was so slow I didn’t feel like we had our moneys worth! We kept asking for a drink and then it would take ages to arrive. When we had finished eating the plates were on the table for half an hour after finishing as nobody came to collect. This was our second visit as the first time was brilliant but very disappointed this time.

   Beef tough, should have said but didn’t Really object to the Americanisation of tips. I know you can refuse, but most won’t. I like to decide independently if I give a tip or not.

   Restaurant was cold and water was dripping from ceiling at the back of the room. Food was hot and nicely cooked. Discount was given for having a comedy festival ticket although this didn’t seem to be something staff were aware of.

    Food was good. Service was slow. Had waiters walking around with plates of food they didn't know where to take. Asking people if it's there's. We were sat next to a leak in the ceiling, we were offered a move, but the restaurant was so loud we preferred to stay next to the leak. Than be seated next to larger noisy groups. The noise and service let down some nice food.
