We had an outstanding dining experience at Mico last night. Kallie was our waiter. The food was amazing and fresh. Ambience was fantastic. Mico is definitely a nice addition to the Charlotte foodie scene. Highly recommend.

What an amazing experience! My family and I wanted to have a fancy weekend in Charlotte and this hotel is by far the nicest and cleanest hotel I have been to and MICO is such a wonderful restaurant. The Chef and staff looked proud and happy to be there. I have never had french toast so amazing! The jam was house-made, I could tell! You all work in such a beautiful and well kept place :)

We ate there on Thanksgiving and they had a preset menu which was 3 courses for 99.00 a person. We had an appetizer, entree and dessert. The servings you thought were for a child. The roll they served was the size of a golf ball. My husband ordered the mushroom ravioli and recieved 2 raviolis and a plate full of root vegetables. The food was mediocre at best. The best item was the pumpkin patch dessert. We will not be returning.

My husband and I went here as we were staying at the hotel.. OMG! Food was so delicious that I walked back to the kitchen to let the chefs know that it was in our top ten dinners. I had the scallops and pork bellies and both were cooked to perfection. The salad and bread were even amazing! Highly recommend for a date night or special occasion—even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

Ate here 2 years prior. Seems the food quality has gone severely downhill and gave off “running out of money” vibes. Grocery store meats and cheeses for the charcuterie board, bland flavors for entrées/apps. Saw our server a total of 4 times, each time to bring out our food and that was it. No clearing of plates, offers to refill drinks, etc. Not worth the $250+ spent for 2 to dine. Highly recommend against anyone going as there are much better spots for the price point in Charlotte.

Bar service was awful.. no one greeted or sat you in a timely manner, bar service was awful.. bartender ignored us for 10 minutes and refused to change the only tv to footing a Sunday.. ended up giving up and went to dine in dinning room where our waitress was excellent!! The food that she suggested was amazing !! She made up for the crappy service walking in and at the bar..

Beautiful restaurant and great ambience. Our server Ashley was wonderful and very personable.. can’t say enough wonderful things about her. The food however was very over seasoned with a very strong and salty dry rub that over powered the filet. It was very tender and would have been delicious if not for this excessive seasoning. The chicken was dry and also had this excessive seasoning to overpower the dish. If these changes were made this would’ve been a huge success. Overall the experience was great!!!!!

Prompt seating, Mirtha served us excellently, great Mico 46 cocktail, nice octopus appetizer. Dinner of pork belly and scallops on bed of creamy potatoes with nice brown gravy. Don't forget the apple tart and cinnamon ice cream. Yum !

My family and I had a fantastic dinner on Saturday evening. Juan was phenomenal. Great service!! We started with several appetizers. Ceviche, octopus, charcuterie, oysters. All delicious with great flavors and presentation. Then a caesar to get us ready for our main course. Cowboy ribeyes, scallops with pork belly(YES!!), and Paella. The flavors all hinted at the Argentinian atmosphere and the chocolate dessert with a touch of cayenne was a great finish. Kudos to the chef and the team for making this night quite memorable!!

We looked for an Argentinian restaurant, but the only Argentinian thing they had was the Malbec wine. There was no Argentinian food, and the food we had didn’t justify the price.

Love the whimsical environment provided by the Grand Bohemian setting. Service by Mya and supported by Horace was impeccable. Menu selection was creative, plating and presentation was perfect. Food quality and flavors were delicious. Was in Charlotte from Asheville for the Toby Mac concert, staying at GB for the night and Mico and Buho (rooftop bar) were an ideal addition to our experience. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

MICO used to be our favorite Charlotte restaurant, however, last time we visited, the service was terrible and the food was ill prepared twice until we called it an evening. Cocktails on the rooftop were great, but once in MICO the evening was downhill when trying to celebrate my father’s birthday.

We enjoyed the food and service for the brunch at Mico. I had Paella and my husband steak and eggs. Everything was delicious, coffee included. We were offered a buffet of pastries after the meal and took a few items in a box home. They were all homemade and delicious. This was definitely a Sunday treat.

-Busy night in town. Some streets closed for soccer crowds. Lots nearby were full. Valet was a breeze checking in and out. $12 plus tip. Hostess validated parking before we were even seated for our 8:30 rez. Then she cordially seated us at a cozier table at our request. No problem. -Atmosphere lively with some parties near by but mostly couples enjoying themselves as music played in the background (not over powering conversation). -Service was excellent; thoughtful suggestions, knowledgeable of menu & prep. Drinks/wine (nice selections), apps, entrees were timely presented. We were well attended, not smothered nor rushed. -Food, VERY nice. Oysters & Octopus Starters delicious. Sea Bass entree outstanding. 8oz Filet also good, seasoned well. Downside however, as I prefer steak rare to medium rare, it arrived not real warm. -Over all our first time dining experience here was a lovely surprise. Looking forward to dining again soon at Mico’s.

This restaurant is very much improved over the last year. I was here for an annual trip and was impressed with both dinner and breakfast menus. Quality was very good.

Celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary and will definitely be back! Cowboy ribye cooked medium was perfectly charred, with the most amazing fingerling potatoes and blue cheese on top. The salmon was seasoned to perfection. Our lovely server brought a celebration sweet potato bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and pecans to share on the house. Didn’t like bread pudding until now! Amazing service!
