   Some of the worst food I’ve ever had and expensive too. We started with bitter coffee that needed a ton of cream and sugar to be drinkable. Chicken sausage was super greasy and the toast tasted like it was fried in crisco. I couldnt eat more than a taste of the grits, that tasted like sour garlic mashed potatoes.

   Valet parking with Restaurant Stamp….still cost $10? Would have tipped that much but didn’t expect it to be a set charge. Hope it went wholly to the attendant.

    It was our anniversary so we went to Mico since we saw it advertised for restaurant week. The atmosphere is very elegant and the food was amazing. It was a great deal for all of the delicious food we received. Our waiter was extremely good and professional. We had a very nice dinner and the atmosphere was great!

    Atmosphere was phenomenal. We opted to sit in the lounge, which was cozy with a low sofa & high back chairs. The bartenders were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was phenomenal - I’ll definitely be back.

    The service was ridiculously slow, and the restaurant wasn’t really that busy. For example, we were finished eating and put in our choice for dessert. We sat for 30 minutes waiting and the server never came back to us. We had nothing left to drink and we were totally ignored. I finally had to go to the kitchen to see where the desserts were. This is just one example of how bad the service was.

    We went for Queens Feast restaurant week and everything was stellar! Great service and food was amazing. We went upstairs after dinner to the rooftop Bohu bar - incredible views of the city and very cool vibe.

    The experience overall was wonderful. The food was lacking in some areas of expectation based on the presentation of the choice items from the waitstaff. Also unsure of overall pricing to value given was there for restaurant week the price was way more expensive than expected. Minus those uncertain items it was a great experience to have for a date. And the rooftop bar was a delightful place to end the night.

    My girlfriend and I are natives of the city but sometimes stay as guests in the Grand Bohemian for a change of scenery, or to dine in the restaurant separately because the food is just that great. We highly recommend!

    I’m not an adventurous eater, so I was a little nervous to try Mico, but it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and so flavorful! Everything we had to eat was a new favorite. The service was also great and the restaurant itself is decorated beautifully. I hope to trace back to Charlotte so that I can eat there again.

    The food was delicious. The only downsides were the New Year's Eve set menu was a bit pricey, and we were left hungry. The cocktails were delicious. Also, the description included the words "ring in the New Year;" however, the establishment closed at 23:00.

    My wife and I went for a date on NYE with a preset menu. The appetizer and entree were both very good, the desserts were pretty weak especially charging $125 per person. Overall it was an OK experience. Good food, but left feeling hungry after and didn’t think it was worth the $400.

    MICO has become our go to spot for special occasions. Our anniversary in August and now New Years Eve. MICO never disappoints. From amazing food, incredible ambiance, and the best wait staff i have ever seen. Maya was our server both times we have gone and we can never say enough good things about her. She is absolutely amazing.

    We went for our Christmas dinner, which required a preset menu. The food was wonderful, however our waitress never brought back more water or asked if we would like drinks, or really checked in at all. I didn’t have a knife for my dinner but wasn’t able to request one until someone came by to pick up plates. We had to have a food runner grab her for an espresso martini with dessert, but we ended up finishing our dessert before we even got our drink. With it being $100 per person it was not worth it due to the experience. Again, great food, but won’t be back.

    I’m sure they were short staffed in a holiday evening but the service was not good. Also, we pre-paid for the prefix menu including a prefix kids menu. They were very out of touch with what most kids would eat - lentil and pumpkin soup with spicy chorizo, for example, the most basic option - chicken - was blackened and spicy. The adult prefix entrees were over cooked. We were expecting a nice Christmas dinner and for over $400 we were sorely disappointed. Unfortunately MICO really missed the ball on this one.

    My husband and I came for the Christmas Experience. The food was wonderful and our waitress was amazing however there was no heat in the restaurant on the coldest day of the year. Considering we had to prepay, management should have given us the option to cancel as it was extremely uncomfortable.

    Food was luke warm. Room was cold, nowhere to hang coats. Asked for a more private area but was sat in the middle…. No one was at the restaurant when we came and ate… Lastly, a service charge of 40 plus dollars… not sure if the total night costing $300 dollars was worth it…. $200 for dinner, $40 for tip, $40 service charge, $10 valet…. Lastly tax..

    The food and service were both wonderful. My complaint is with management. Charging a nonrefundable $100 per person when the reservation is made is fine with me. Charging $5 for one glass of iced tea is fine. What is neither professional nor hospitable is adding $40 plus to the bill as a service fee and being told that it is not part of the tip? Consequently, my brunch for 2 was about $300. I would have been happy to pay $150 each up front. Your lack of transparency left a bad taste and impression about an otherwise delightful brunch. Gentlemen, I can get that treatment buying a car…I had higher expectations from the Grand Bohemian.
