   There to celebrate 26th anniversary. As usual everything was wonderful. Joe was our waitstaff person but everyone worked as a team to ensure we were taken care of. Excellent level of service. Food is always spectacular. The beet salad was extraordinary. Love Kirby’s.

   We visit Kirby’s (at Winstar) several times a year. It never disappoints. The food is always delicious. The menu has something for everyone. The preparation is excellent. But our server - Derek H - who has served us a number of times is smart, friendly, knowledgeable and clever. He makes a great experience a memorable one!

   Manager was horrible. 100 dollar steak took 60 mins to cook and came out raw. Wait staff was fantastic! The manager was the worst I've seen for a high end steak house. Wasn't for her would've been ok

   Simply outstanding pre-concert dinner. Everyone loved the warm sour dough bread and French Onion Soup. The flavorful and peppery soup is one of the best we've had. The table was unanimous on the steak entrees. Both the filet mignon and ribeye were seasoned, cooked to perfection, melt in your mouth tender and delicious. The Texas sized baked potato with sour cream, chives and cheese was the perfect side accompaniment. The New York Cheesecake was was velvety smooth and creamy. Our server Allison provided friendly and effective service.

   Service was fantastic They’ve lost their mind on the prices of a mediocre add-on Ceasar salad. They lost their mind pricing a simple Old Fashioned drink at $50. Pretty decent for the area I guess, certainly overpriced wishing they were a top tier steakhouse as far as food quality.

   We went for my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. The service was amazing! Everyone was friendly! The drinks were great, food was great, and desserts were top of the line!!

    We ordered the seafood tower for 2 people. Looking at the special menu, it looked to be full of crab claws, shrimp, lobster tails and raw oysters. What we received was 4 or so shrimp each that were awful, two half lobster tails that were overcooked and like 4 raw oysters. Definitely not worth getting again, nor the $50 per person to eat. The service however was top notch. We will try again, but never ordering any seafood.
