Tropical fruit salad hop aromas burst from the glass, followed by a luscious sweet malt flavor on the tongue. An outrageous quantity of hops was used in this ale, predominantly of the Liberty variety. Dry hopped with Citra. No pineapples were harmed during the production of this beer. The Amber is a American-style amber ale with bold hop character. The darker malts that are used during the brewing process create the amber color of the beer as well as the caramel sweetness of the flavor. The Amber is named after the Abana family who bottled artesian well water at the turn of the century in Lake County. Our most popular spring/summer beer,Hefe is a German-style wheat ale brewed with 60% wheat malt and 40% malted barley. This brew is one of our most popular and has won several awards. The Hefe is unfiltered, allowing yeast to remain in suspension, which creates a hazy appearance. Served in a 22oz glass.
