Together with partner Anna van Exel, his twin brother Mike and exclusive taste testers Rosalie and Sara Piare, they run the Michie team. The word “Michie” means “filled with smiles and laughter” in Japanese. Michel chose this name as it resembles his own and has a wonderful meaning.

Lovely place, fantastic views, super staff, gorgeous food, wouldn't hesitate to recommend for lunch. I'm a vegetarian, my dining companion a vegan and we were both happy. Try the green tea ice cream!
