We always enjoy our meal!

It had great drinks and the food was good but not worth the price. The service was excellent all around and everyone was incredibly pleasant.

This was our first time there and we will definitely be back. The wedge salad was the best I ever had and the steak was wonderful.

The prime rib was not worth the money it did not taste good n the lobster tail was very small for what it cost

Everything was near perfect at Michele's. We will only visit Dover Downs on those days that Michele's is open which, thankfully, is most days. We will be back there and soon.

This place has gone down hill fast. The new location is awful and thd menu changes have only cheapen the experience. Took what was our go to special place and made it so we don't want to waste our money returning. The experience ruined what was supposed to be a celebration.

Terrible service, took over an hour just to get bread and drinks. $150 for an overdone steak, mediocre prime rib and cold veggies. We could have went to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse and spent less than $50 for a better meal and better service. Will never go back nor recommend to anyone.

Very casual for the price not good for a romantic dinner noisy and slow service food was good but extra pricey

We went on Valentines Day. The service was average as far as how often the server checked on us. The steak and vegetables were good, with the exception of the mashed potatoes. I love a good steak with mashed potatoes and these had something added which made them gummy.

I would give the service no stars if possible...beyond horrible service, food was cold, waiter took 25 minutes before taking order, never came back with check, asked front desk after waiting 30 minutes, food took over 30 minutes to get to the table, then was cold, etc.. spoke to the manager and she was very apologetic and nice, said they other customers were also having similar complaints..she compt our dinner and also offered us a free meal to return and give them a second chance. I will try once more. I believe in second chances. I do think the quality of the food is extremely overpriced. The side of "Jumbo Shrimp" to add to the meal is $12, there is only two shrimp and they were far from Jumbo. $50 for a petite fillet mignon and small lobster tail and any side is extra charge is rediculous, the quality of the food does not match those prices...and had to request drawn butter for the lobster tail, rediculous.

The food was delicious, although the menu reminded me of a scaled down version of the upstairs Michele's restaurant. The prices seemed higher than the other restaurant as well, but the special that night (scallops and shrimp with orzo rice) was fantastic. My husband had a steak that was perfectly cooked. There was a live musician which, while a little loud at times (we were seated close) was great. We will definitely go back.

Michele's was one of our favorite restaurants however this was the second time we made dinner reservation only to find the restaurant was not open. The first time we arrived walked up to the restaurant and it was close as where the other decent restaurants in Dover Downs Hotel. This time we made reservations at the hotel and Michele's. We receive a call the day before we arrived that the restaurant was closed and they would be happy to give us a reservation at a later date! I believe the first cancelled reservation was do to a construction issue. The second cancelled reservation seems to be an issue wit Open table not knowing when Michele's is actually open. Can't wait to actually enjoy a great meal at Michele's and write a great review.

Since moving downstairs, the quality of food has been poor. They make the food upstairs, then bring downstairs in a heated box. And you can tell. Why Dover Downs new owners think this is acceptable for a high price restaurant, I don’t know! Will not be going back!

The food was pricey but very good. We both had the Chilean Sea Bass and it was excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable - more upscale than most restaurants in the Dover area which is very nice. The drinks were very good.

I did not like the live music. There's a piano, but the pianist was playing an electric keyboard. It was too loud, and it wasn't music that particularly suited the atmosphere. The service was pleasant but not polished. The food, however, was quite good and surpassed my expectations.

I would recommend going for appetizers and drinks. For a steak house, the steak wasn't so great. Undercooked, no flavor. But it's still a new place; I'm sure they will improve.

Michele's Steak House has a cozy atmosphere for dining or cocktails. From the hostess' greeting to the final apres dinner cordial your evening could not be better. The mixologist has created some unique cocktails with the "Smoked Fashion" being a must try.

Bring back dinners up stairs. Not the same.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Michele's Steak House. My steak was over cooked and very tough. It was a filet. It should not have been tough even if it wasn't medium as I had requested. It was so tough that I could not eat it. I've had better steaks at Roadhouse! The sides and breads were very good. The server was awesome.

Our waitress was very attentive in the beginning, and food and drinks were brought in a timely manner
Once our food was served she initially checked to see how the food was,but never came back after that.
Our water glasses were empty and no one ever offered us more.
Apparently the couple next to us had an issue with their wine not being chilled enough and she kept running back and forth with the wine bottle, until they were satisfied with it and then she took orders from three more tables while we sat, finished our dinner, waiting for our check for 20-25 minutes.

dinner service very slow. when dinner finally arrived, it was cold and very small portions. replaced dinner which again took very very long. Service so bad restaurant was nice enough to comp entire dinner. Over-priced, too small of portions and poor service. Wait staff very nice & apologetic.

Food was terrible. My steak was cooked wrong sides were cold. Luckily the mgr comp’d the meal

Great food with good drinks, especially the smoked fashion. Always a treat to go there to enjoy the food, drinks, and music.

The food was delicious. We enjoyed ourselves enjoyed the music. We plan on going back.

We had a server by the name of Rebecca and she was very attentive and answered our questions. Since we are new to the area and this Lounge is new to this Casino she gave us a little insight which was very helpful. I would easily go back again (the next night we sat at the bar and had food from the bar menu -- again great food). She remembered who we wre and we had a short discussion.

After ordering appetizer we waited over 40 minutes for it to arrive along with many excuses. It was room temperature. Main course arrived at a appropriate time at room temperature. Desert arrived half hour after the main course was served. They had forgotten what we ordered. When it arrived it was wrong order. Desert was billed on check twice. Waitress aware of issues. Never could find a manager. Dinner took 2 1/2 hours.

Michele's Steak House was excellent. The food was delicious and served in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menus and drinks. This was a great place celebrate my anniversary. The appetizer and drinks and dessert were more than we expected. The background music was so relaxing. I had a lovely evening.

The entire dining experience was delightful. Great service, tasty food and fun entertainment. We will return.

Check the website. Every other Monday Misty Fiske entertains on the piano. She is a talented and entertaining musician with a large repertoire of music. Try the prime rib sandwich.
