Michael’s was a fantastic choice for our anniversary. The food was great and the service just as outstanding. Chris was a fantastic server and Claudio had some great wine suggestions. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

The service was top notch, the food was amazing, from start to finish Michael's is a must. You get one of the best restaurants in Saint Augustine with free parking instead of having to deal with parking downtown.

There’s a piano player in there which is great except he plays incredibly loud! And has an amplifier which he doesn’t need. You can hardly talk. It’s like he only wants you to hear him! Anyway, it sort of ruins the whole experience . On the other side, I had the steak Dianne and it was incredible ! Piano could be great if he wasn’t trying to steal the show.

We had a delicious meal last night celebrating our 51st anniversary. They greeted us with a "Happy Anniversary". As we were seated our waiter, Ryan, came by to acquaint us with the menu. A few minutes later he came by with a complimentary glass of champagne. We then placed our orders. My husband had a special starter for the evening of smoked salmon tartines - absolutely delicious. I had a beet salad which had a large amount of beets and was great. For our mains, I had the steak Diane and my husband had a 16 oz ribeye which was cooked to perfection. While my steak Diane was very good, they didn't cook it table side and flambé it prior to serving it to me (which I've had done other places). Next time I'll order the filet mignon. Both were accompanied by mashed potatoes. There was wonderful music playing when we first arrived and at 6 pm the pianist played some great music on the grand piano. It made the evening enjoyable. Ryan was very attentive to our needs throughout dinner. It was a wonderful experience, food was delicious, nice atmosphere in the restaurant and they have valet parking. We will definitely be back.

We visited Michael’s to celebrate my son’s birthday. The rooftop bar was a great start to our evening. Beautiful night with fun, energetic music and people. We moved to the restaurant at our reserved time. Every part of the experience was fantastic. Server, food & atmosphere were above expectations. Already taking about when I will return!

Swordfish tasted okay but the texture was very mushy. Caesar salad did not have a lot of flavor. Ambiance was neither formal nor beachy and missed the mark on both, I think, for an upscale restaurant. Noise level high-difficulty hearing the music on the piano at times. Service excellent. Steak great.
