   This is the second time I’ve gone to Michael’s only to be turned away. They said I had no proof of reservation that I booked and reconfirm on open table. Was told they could seat us for 100.00 We we’re meeting friends there to celebrate our anniversary, that we’re on the way .Had to call to tell them to turn around I will NEVER support this unorganized establishment .

   We were greeted by the server with some water, After that everything went downhill! It took him forever to take our drink order and come back with drinks and it was not that crowded when we got there- ok so we started with appetizers fried Green tomatoes- fried so hard you could use them as weapons - the deviled eggs came without shrimp - when bringing it to the server’s attention he took the plate and it looks like they just slapped the shrimp on there. When I bought it to the manager/owner attention she offered to get me some more fried green tomatoes and never came back to the table! The chicken wings tastes like it was cooked in burnt grease! My friend never got her margarita she ordered! Please call master chef to help cause this behavior needs to stop 🛑

   Service is poor -- need help in the area of wait staff. We waited for service. We finally served ourselves from the bar. We had to track down a waiter to place an order for food. Some of the food was ice cold. We sent it back to be warmed and never got the food back.

   We made a reservation a few days before only to get there and they try to seat us in an overflow area away from the band and dance floor. What was the point of making a reservation. Customer service was poor as there was no attempt made to correct or apologies for this. I asked to speak to a manager and a refund of our $20 cover charge. It took 20min for this to happen and when she showed up she made no attempt to ascertain why we wanted to leave. In fact she said nothing to us at all. We left and spent our $100 elsewhere. Will not be returning.

   The menu was limited because they were out of some of the items listed on the menu. We wanted oxtails but they were out and they only opened 2 hours before the time of our reservation. We wanted fried green tomatoes, but they were out. We wanted dessert but they didn’t have what we wanted from the menu. We ordered ribeye steak. It was under seasoned and charred so much that it was bitter. My cabbage was mush. The dirty rice was mostly rice with little meat and seasoning. The only thing that saved the night was the service and the appetizers.
