Prices are good . They should not charge for using wine glasses . My chicken was rubbery . Others had good experience with their food .
Will go again to try other things.
Just check the menu and we never got our salads.
This family restaurant is excellent! The food is cooked to order and the prices are reasonable..
We came here to celebrate after a graduation. This place is just amazing!! Nice atmosphere, wasn’t overly crowded, and very intimate. The food was delicious, in fact it was the best chicken Alfredo I have ever eaten! I highly recommend this place. I loved that this place is BYOB, I can enjoy wine without paying an arm and leg. One slight down fall was the salad is not included with the meal, 2.50 extra. It’s not a bad price but most Italian places include the salad.
But, We will defiantly be coming back!!
Very nice atmosphere. Very tasty food. Relaxed and friendly. It is a BYOB restaurant so if if you want wine, be sure to bring it!
I've reviewed Michael's Italian Kitchen before and once again, they did not disappoint - the food was fantastic, the service was on point and the entire evening was great - it's also nice that it's BYOB - we will be back very soon!
I had not been to Michaels for several years. It has always been a relaxed and inviting atmosphere; good for business/personal conversation. The food was always consistently good. This time, while my Chicken Florentine was as good as I remembered, the salad was lacking in taste for both my friend and me. Also, when I asked for coffee, the server said that he did not have any currently. This was puzzling, and, frankly, strange. We also observed that that were few people in the restaurant even though it was between noon and 1 PM. I always remembered that there were always a continual flow of customers during lunch and/or dinner.
Service was excellent. Our server was most accommodating. One suggestion, and I may have not noticed in the details that Michaels is BYOB. It may have always been, not sure. It would be helpful, though, if it is not listed as such to indicate when making a reservation in case a diner would like to have beer and/or or wine.
Seated at 6:50pm, no waiter or anybody offering water/bread until 7:45(this was after went to kitchen to ask for it). Entire restaurant staff seemed lost and they were not that busy. Since we never ever spoke with our waitress and I heard she did not speak/understand English(thought wine decanter meant bucket of ice at table next to us...?!) and the hostess wound up servicing our needs. Entrees came, fiancées was great, mine had too much white wine sauce, saturated my Veal dish like a bowl of soup. Dessert was not offered. Not a very special Valentines Day dinner for us, will not be returning. Only 2 previous reviews so far and only in Jan 2019 from longtime patrons. Maybe recent staffing changes? Not sure, but an unhappy event it was for sure.
Very enjoyable night! We will definitely be back.
We've been going to Michael's for over 15 years and have never been disappointed in the food or the service - everything is fresh and cooked to order with very fair prices and nice size portions - it's BYOB which makes it even better - recently the restaurant changed hands but it stayed in the family and did not miss a beat - my family has celebrated birthdays and special occasions and hosted more out of town guests than I can remember at Michael's - it's a great, casual neighborhood Italian restaurant
