   I have been to this Michael's location on several occasions. The food and the drinks are always great, along with the service. During the visit the room we were in was very noisy, it was very hard for the people at my table to hear each other speak. It was very off putting. I realize that there is really nothing that management can do regarding noise level. Just this time it was much louder then I have noticed in the past.

   Reserved table and were seated in bar so unfavorable first impression. Luckily a table was open and waitress was very attentive. Cream of crab was so-so. Steak Oscar and stuffed shrimp very tasty. Crab cake needed to be drier. Prices are ridiculous for the ambiance here—noisy and too close to other tables. Mixed drinks also very expensive.

   Food was good, our waitress was busy but kept us informed so we knew when items were on their way. Biggest complaint is it's too noisy no matter where you sit (outside excluded).

    Always consistent with the quality of the food and service. Prices are on the high end but the dishes always have great flavor. The daily specials are good and happy hour options are as well. I do hope they change them to offer more variety, I have had pretty much all of the happy hour dishes. I love the atmosphere it is calm and pretty quiet. I always sit in the bar area.

    We celebrated a birthday with a party of five. The shrimp cocktail was almost inedible it was so salty. I ordered a NY Sirloin medium and it came out medium-well to well done. For $50, the cut of meat was just ok and very overdone. Our server was great and very helpful with recommendations. I ordered the pumpkin butter old fashioned, which was the best thing I had- a great take on a classic drink. For dessert, the group split the combination cookie/brownie, which was also overcooked and dry. With a total bill of $334 for five people, I would expect better preparation overall.

    My wife said the squid w/ verde sauce was amazing, oysters were awesome and the stuffed shrimp w/ crab imperial was perfect! Service was excellent!

    We enjoyed our meal. The crab cakes, which supposedly Michael's is famous for, lacked flavor but were very full of crab - not too much filler. Our server needed to speak up - the place was very loud.

    Food was great—once I got to order. Ignored for over 10 minutes after being seated, although at least 5 wait staff walked past my table numerous times. Back of the house staff made up for it with really good food.

    Everything was great with the exception, upon my arrival, the hostess didn’t have my reservation on the books that was processed through The Open Table app. The manager handled it without any hesitation and had us seated immediately.

    Service B Food C Noise/ambiance E- When I made reservations I asked for dining/standard seating. We were sat in the bar area where it was very noisy. Aggravating when your out celebrating Valentine’s dinner. I’ve been here before after this experience I don’t know if I’ll be back.
