   We enjoyed ourselves. Food was great for the most part, but the filet mignon was rather tough. The drinks were rather strong as well, and the bartender did not appear to know how to make a simple drink like a whiskey sour. Our server Stephanie was very pleasant and attentive. We will be back.

   The food was delicious and the staff were very nice! We loved the ambiance and sat on the semi outdoor area which was nice. The waitress did my order wrong but I didn't hold it against it, I understood where the miscommunication was. I forgot to take pics but we got the OG pancakes, the brisket sandwich (I asked for the brisket hash though), the corned beef & chorizo skillet. For a drink I got a mocktail with kiwi chunks in it, DELICIOUS! We will be back!

   Had an excellent meal. A little pricey but worth it. Service also outstanding. Received a mail ad for 2 complementary cocktails. Which were also fabulous. Would highly recommend this establishment.

   Easter buffet was great but service left much to be desired. Server noticed drinks needed refilled multiple times and acknowledged that but never actually refilled. Coffee at the end of the meal was asked to be refilled said yes once again brought the bill and never the coffee. Gratuity was included so the only assumption I can make is the server did not care to be there or have motivation. Overall food was great but service for a buffet was poor.

   Thank you for taking the time to leave us this note. We stressed the importance of attentiveness during the buffet for exactly the reason you mentioned. Sounds like we did not drive this point home firmly enough, and for that, we can only apologize and set goals to be better in the future.

   Everything was great. The service was excellent. Our waitress was wonderful. All staff at each station were excellent. We are brand new to the area. We attended with my daughter and son in law. Michael’s is their favorite restaurant. So we decided to try your Easter brunch. After this experience my husband and I will definitely be back.

   Our party of four attended Michael's Easter Brunch. Not only was the food & it's presentation excellent, but the staff was outstanding. Megan, our waitress was attentive and kind. We could not have asked for a better experience.

   Mondays are such a great deal! 1/2 priced burgers and they are amazing! Pedro was a great server. Always very friendly and accommodating.
