About Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro
After 25 successful years as one of the premier Italian casual dining spots in Noblesville, Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro went back to its roots with a complete re-design. For the 2016 update, Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro tapped locally renowned and Indiana based design firm Phanomen/design. Phanomen redesigned the space aesthetically. Phanomen's ultrachic aesthetic works perfectly for the long term goals for the space. The menu, like the space, underwent an overhaul from Executive Chef / Partner Alex Cunion. From the modern new design to the newly high energy and carefully curated food and beverage, the new Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro is poised to knockout both new and existing patrons.

Michaelangelo's Italian Bistro Ratings and Reviews
We were excited to try a new restaurant for date night...We arrived at 7:00pm on time for our reservation. We were quickly seated and our mouths were watering just looking at the menu options. We were hungry and excited to try a new place on date night.
There was a booth next to us that was empty when we sat down. No big deal. As we both sat watching food come out and drinks being refilled we began to wonder why no one stopped by our table to greet us. The booth next to us was sat, server came over greeted them, took and delivered their drink order. This couple also put in a appetizer. Meanwhile still no one has looked at us. By this point I am getting pretty antsy/more hangry. If the server was so slammed, he could have come over and simply told us, "good evening, I am a little behind but I will be right with you." Nope, no one even looked at us. So I wrote a note to the server on the build your own pasta menu. I simply told the server in my note why we were leaving and asked him to think about it. Meaning think about why we did not even get a chance to have dinner at Michelangelo's and poor customer service. Needless to say 21 minutes later, the note to the server was complete and we left.
We drove from the far west side of Indianapolis to try something new only to be let down by very poor customer service.
I can't comment on the food or drinks, but I can say the service is very terrible at best. When we left Michaelangelo's we went back west on Westfield Road and found a nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. The service and food could not have been more great!
We have never been here & only went because they have kids eat free on Sunday, and we can make an Open Table reservation. When we pulled up we were a little disappointed to see that it has a drive-thru window, and that almost made us have second thoughts. But when we went in, the Decor was nice and it was obvious that detail had been put into the restaurant. The food was delicious! My husband got the fettuccine, I got the ravioli Trio, and the kids got spaghetti and pizza. My daughter didn't like the pizza so they took it back and gave her fettuccine instead. We tasted her pizza and we actually loved in! LOL. We were very pleasantly surprised at the breadsticks and salad, and really just the quality, and quantity, of all the food. Definitely will be going back!
My husband loved his dish. Mine bothered my stomach. It was a bit too greasy for me. The service was sub par. She forgot most everything she promised to bring. We had to ask three times for our ramekin of sauce for our bread sticks. We'd been there a few weeks before and had s great experience. We decided to come for Father's Day.
Excellent food, it was fairly cheap for how much food you got. My meal was $15 and came with unlimited soup or salad and breadsticks. The meal itself was so much food! Plus we got appetizers and desserts as additional. Service was extremely fast and wait staff was friendly.
I am confused since I booked a reservation on Open Table but was not listed at Michaelangelo restaurant. An employee confirmed that they are not listed with Open Table. Please investigate this issue and inform me how this occurred in your system.

We went for Mother's Day. Really glad we used Open Table as we walked right in and were seated at 12:45PM, even though there were a fair number of people waiting. Unique atmosphere as it seemed like a former fast food restaurant that had been converted in to a Bistro. There weren't a ton of tables (maybe 20-25?) but it was busy, and the food was good.
We were first time visitors and were extremely happy with our service and food. Waitress was very nice and her attention to our table and the tables around us was just right.
Food selection was fantastic. Something for everyone. I had the Tuscany combo so I could try a few different things at once. Tortellini was my favorite!
A bit noisy where we sat, but other parts of the restaurant seemed more quiet, so next time we will request more to the back of the restaurant.
Great overall experience and we will be back! Thank you for a memorable lunch!
Food was very tasty. We had both the traditional and chicken lasagna, and both were nice. Ceasar salad, wedding soup, and breadsticks were good, too. Server was attentive but not overbearing.
The only thing undesirable was the seating. I think they've updated their dining area which is nice, but they don't have many booths available (6 full booths was all I saw). We were seated at a table and the chairs were wooden with no padding...not very comfortable, especially after a day of chores (back was already sore and chair didn't help). I was disapointed when I saw where we were beingseated but noticed all the booths were already taken, so did not request a different table. Our seating arrangemnet left us feeling like were were out on display and a little uncomfortable, e.g., I wouldn't want to hold a personal / confidential conversation. If I'd been on a romantic date, I woud have been unhappy. We made a reservation but knowing now that booth space is limited, next time we will be sure to request a booth. If one's not available to us when we arrive, we'll go elsewhere.
We have been there quite a few times, and are mostly satisfied. Our one big complaint is that they over salt ALL of their dishes. I find myself scraping salt off of the French fries, and we have stopped ordering the soups because you cannot undo an over-salting of that. Salads are always fresh and tasty, and their house dressing is good.
The food and service were very good. Members of my party who had been there in the past said it was much better than in the past. We had a little issue with the reservation time as they didn't have a table immediately available. In the end we just had a 10 minute wait. I was a little confused by the manager asking me if I needed help as I was waiting for a resolution. It felt like an accusation rather than an offer to help.
I was disappointed in the Cajun chicken, since there wasn't anything about it that said "Cajun". No spice, no heat, nothing. The noodles and sauce were good, but I expect anything labeled as Cajun to have something special to identify it. Service was good, and they have finally completed their remodel (it looks good).
