   Food was very good for a brewery. Beer selection was also pleasant with very good variety. Service could use a little support. I felt rushed whenever I had to order food or drink. No time to really ask many questions or anything. The taste, quality and ambience made up for the mediocre service level.

   This was my third and by far worst visit to MIA. The food was fine (chicken sandwich was ok, but sweet potato fries were cool when they arrived) but the service was AWFUL. Upon arrival, no one greeted us or checked us in, despite our use of Open Table to make a reservation. We seated ourselves outside on the patio. When our first server arrived (after about 10 minutes), we placed our order and inquired about a takeout item. He suggested we add when he returned once our food arrived. That was the first, last and only time we saw that server. Once our food did arrive, I returned inside MIA and tracked down another server to add our takeout item and close out the bill (since we had seen no other servers on the patio after placing our initial order). After waiting 30 minutes, I returned inside and inquired about the takeout item from our second server. He went into the kitchen and, upon his return, told us that the item was not yet prepared (it was another chicken sandwich) and, b/c they were so “busy” (it was trivia night) that “realistically” it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes. I told him to cancel the takeout item and adjust my bill; he then incredibly asked me if I wanted to adjust the gratuity as well (once the bill was recalculated to remove the takeout item). While I like the beer diversity and generally have enjoyed my visits in the past, not sure if I will return with The Tank brewery, Tap 42, WOB and others in the Doral area which seem to be more interested in delivering even an adequate service experience.
